"Overall, this being our first experience in Washington State, we would absolutely stay here again. The cabin is about 10 minutes from Packwood, which has amazing local eateries—we would honestly come back just for Base Camp Coffee and Cliff Droppers alone. We can’t recommend them enough.The cabin is also about 20–30 minutes from some truly beautiful views, and the property itself offers a stunning mountain backdrop you could soak in for hours. It was perfect for our little family (three dogs included) and had the coziest vibe—ideal for snuggling up and relaxing.The kitchen is well stocked with nearly everything you need, there are board games to keep you entertained, and the fireplace is the perfect way to end the night with s’mores. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back."

"The Lyons Den was the perfect spot for our pre-backpacking stay. It is cute and comfortable with AC and fans that kept it cool despite the very warm weather. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The location was perfect to run into Packwood for dinner and then head out for an adventure in the Goat Rocks. A great stay!!"
