"The hotel is very poorly maintained, the room walls are peeling, leaking, etc. There was the promise of convenience items like soap, shampoo, etc. But he didn't do it. Additionally, the towels were worn out, and the cable TV didn't work. It is on an unpaved street, next to an avenue, and with no shops next door."

"A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too.
