"Clean room. Twin beds. Shower over the bath that was tricky to switch off as you had to relieve the water pressure by turning the bath taps on in order to switch the shower off! Set off early so was unable to stay for breakfast."

"We found the Mercure staff , particularly reception and the bar staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The only downside was that we had major problems with the tv, which was unwatchable andthe staff said that there were problems with the aerial"
