"The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When we checked in, staff had a map of the area for us and pointed out places, restaurants, and sites that were noteworthy, and also upgraded our room for us, which was wonderful! That afforded us an incredible view of the red rocks in the area and was so awesome to look out our window and see. The room and hotel were all very clean, staff were very helpful, and the price was very reasonable for being a short drive away from Sedona. I highly recommend The Views Inn!"

"I picked this hotel because it was on our way back from the grand canyon and we wanted to stay a night to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the view. Mind you I booked a room with a view and the big bath tub. When we arrived we were told we were placed on the first floor behind the stairs with no view which the front desk employee asked if I wanted to be moved but would no longer have the tub but honestly at the moment i was tired and didn't even care so i took the room with no view. Later to figure out that the tub and the room was disgusting. I have never in my life written a review before this one. The tub was atrocious honestly. Everything was dirty even the floor like for the money I should not be grossed out to use the tub. Also the sound barriers in this place was horrible. Every time the upstairs neighbors breathed we heard it. I was scared to got to seep that night."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very safe location. The view of the red rocks from balcony was amazing. The only thing we did not appreciate was when we checked in Logan kept pressuring us to sign up for a meeting to hear about the Hilton vacation club. We told him at least 3 times we’ve been up since 4am, our flight was delayed 2 hours because a woman had a panic attack on the plane and had to get off the plane after pulling away from gate. After all that and driving 2 hours from Phoenix to Sedona. We were hungry and tired but he kept pushing until we agreed. "

"Nice property. Stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and linens. Natural products in kitchen and bath were a nice touch. Didn’t use the balcony as views were not great. Communication was excellent. "

"The staff is super personable and helpful. Loved checking in with Val and chatting about sites nearby to explore during our stay. Parking was a little tight, but that’s more on the other guests than Kokopelli Inn itself. Maybe room-assigned parking would help with that? Lastly, I didn’t realize we had to specifically request house-keeping. We stayed 2 nights - our beds were nicely made and our towels freshly stocked on the first night. But on our second night we were surprised to see no one had come to freshen our beds or towels."

"Fabulous hotel in a great location. The rooms are very well equipped and beds are so comfy. Really peaceful location with great pool and hot tub. We had a great time exploring Sedona and a wonderful 5 days in Bell Rock hotel. "
