LOVED this property. It was quaint, clean, and super cute and the table and chairs near the creek was the perfect way to relax after some solid hiking! Will definitely book here again the next time we come to Sedona!
This small location tucked right up against a private creek is perfect for a romantic getaway with a loved one. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loved that it was within waling distance of Sedona most popular shopping center. It definitely helped that all of the Christmas decoration were up at night and made the place magical.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy peasy, check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, and the place was clean and just as described. We especially loved the hot tubs by the creek, the full kitchen and grill, and the overall look and feel. If we get back to Sedona, we'd love to stay here again!
Thanks for everything!
we were very happy with the property. all remodeled, everything we needed was in the unit. great location close to town, but very secluded near the creek. will definately stay again when in Sedona.
Our unit was so cute and perfect for two. The unit and grounds were clean and well maintained. Enjoyed ending our busy days relaxing in the lounge chairs listening to the sound of Oak Creek and gazing at the stars. Would definitely stay here again!

Sedona
Finding the location was challenging with roads filled with big potholes. Being next to the river was relaxing.
Springtime is a very busy time in Sedona. There was a lot of slow moving traffic.
The unit we had was beautifully decorated and could sustain a multi-day visit easily in comfort. We were somewhat disappointed in the location as we like to walk to restaurants from our room and this location did not lend itself to that.
We called it “our little cabin” even though it’s part of a number of units. We had the first floor and could hear the neighbor above us but it wasn’t bad at all. I also misunderstood and thought that the ammenities were private (hot tub, outdoor seating ) and they are shared but it didn’t matter because it was too cold to use them. The unit has been tastefully remodeled and it comes with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. They had coffee, creamer, sweeteners to get you started. The locations is very secluded yet close to all the shopping and restaurants. Follow their instructions to check in ! They’re very detailed but needed ! I would definitely recommend this place !
Things were great overall. The guest portal situation was a pain but the management company answered both my phone calls immediately. However, I did feel like I was nickeled and dimed with fees and security deposits... Location was fantastic, as pictured, and close to everything. Hot tubs working well. Condo was nice but could’ve been slightly better stocked as there weren’t a lot of hangers, dishes or towels. Some hooks for coats would’ve been nice too and maybe a broom to sweep up the gravel that gets tracked in from the parking lot. Bed was comfy. Only complaint was the filter in the AC unit was filthy and the camera near the one hot tub especially felt incredibly invasive. It’s hovering right there over you and the blue light kept turning on as if someone was tuning in and watching. It really made us uncomfortable but overall it was convenient and a cute little spot right on the creek. We would stay there again.
the unit is not a big studio but it has everything. although I'd like to have a couple more cups/mugs would be helpful. it is meant for two people and many things only has TWO. the property is in a quiet neighborhood and next to the creek. it feels secluded from the busy streets of downtown Sedona. the bed was comfortable and overall a nice unit to stay.
the only issue we had was the way the door lock key works was not part of the instruction. it just so happened the previous place we stayed at on the road trip had a little different way to key in the combination. I used that method and never able to unlock the door.
also, the direction to the place should be clearer especially arriving at night. most people will not expect had to literally drive down a dry creek crossing.
Overall, it was a good experience. The fact that the ceiling fan was missing a blade and also didn’t work (and there was no controller) was a real bummer. In addition, the lamp on the nightstand closest to the windows did not work either, and the bulb did not appear to be burned out; plus, we tried both plugs. There was no cooking oil or cooking spray either, so that was also a bummer as we didn’t realize this til we had already started cooking. Overall, it’s a really cute place. It was just a bit dark because you couldn’t pull the blinds up on either window; it’s very shady in the back and there’s really only one window to the right of the sink. It definitely was not as bright and airy as pictures conveyed online. Also when plugging in my phone in the outlet near the sink- it sparked. The Jacuzzi was a nice amenity as was the hot water. Thanks.
Absolutely loved this property. The only tiny complaint is the parking is tight and difficult, and the rode in has major pot holes. The appartment was cozy, clean and a delight.
Wonderful property with unique location. Next to a charming creek. Quality of amenities is very high standard and impeccable. Very responsive host prompt to resolving checkin issues. We will go back anytime and will reccommend in a heartbeat!
