Welcome to this lovely renovated 1 level home with fenced in back yard, centrally located in West Sedona. This 3 BR, 2 BA home has an open floor plan. Everything has been updated for your convenience. I do my best to offer you all the comforts of home.

** While I have always maintained being meticulous with cleaning and disinfecting in between each guests departure, we have further stepped up the disinfecting process even more during these challenging times. Every surface, light switch, door knob, cabinet handle and more is disinfected. If you have any questions please let me know.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies as well as dishes and utensils. The spacious living room has a couch with a Lazyboy recliner chair and two plush chairs. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. The extra large bookcase and buffet table in the living room have drawers which contain board games as well as toys for young children to enjoy.

The third bedroom is a studio with a kitchenette area and full bath. This bedroom has a step down to enter and a step up to the kitchenette area. There is a queen size bed as well as a day bed. There is also a separate private fenced in area for the studio for outside private enjoyment.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, plush robes for your comfort, extra pillows and comforters. (In addition to the 3 beds listed we can separate the king bed into 2 twin beds, upon request.)
I can provide an air mattress upon request or the couch in the living room can serve as an additional sleeping space.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room next to the back deck. The big fenced in back yard offers you privacy, a barbecue, and a great place for kids to play and your dog to run freely as you soak up the Sedona energy. I provide additional towels and sheets for your fur baby, if needed. I appreciate your cleaning up after your dog. If you are bringing your dog please let me know. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know. Thank you.

An easy walk to Whole Foods, local restaurants, retail stores, hiking trails, bike rental stores and more. A short walk down our tree lined street shows off the incredible red rock views of Sedona.

The home is centrally located and there are many things you can do without a car, if you choose. A short drive will take you to wonderful landmarks, vortexes, shopping experiences and incredible scenery and hiking trails. There is public transportation as well. There are several books on hiking trails and vortexes, along with many pamphlets on places of interest to explore.

The Sedona Community Pool located under a mile from the house.
There is a dog park close to the home, as well.

Snowdona 2025 warmed by our stay with Lorri

Pictures of the home are very accurate, the space is generous, well stocked and clean. The home is in the perfect location, warm and welcoming, feeling like you are staying at your favorite Aunts home. Lorri had coffee, snacks and great suggestions for our stay. She is super easy to work with, she was accommodating of our late arrival and departure requests, and I can't wait to return.

Home away from home

Out stay was wonderful, we traveled to celebrate my wife’s big 40 and when we got there there was a happy birthday note and cupcakes! Lorri was an amazing host, she left board games for our boys. The house was so clean. We had a wonderful stay we will be back soon!

Very friendly, great spot!

We loved our stay here, the kitchen was easy to use, the living room was cozy, 3 bedrooms with variety. The best part was the spacious backyard and how dog friendly the property was! There’s even a smaller side backyard if there’s multiple families of dogs. The coat hooks were well utilized with the chilly weather, and although there were not extra warm blankets for us to use; there was ductless air conditioner units for the rooms.

Just Like Home

All the comforts of home, great location. Very nice outdoor space. Lorri was wonderful to work with, prompt and helpful communication. We would definitely recommend staying here, much more comfortable than a hotel!

Cozy Relaxing Getaway

The property is very comfortable amd the host did a fantastic job communicating with us. A very cozy environment that left us feelimg just like we were at home. Everything we needed was availble including the little things like games, pet toys and even supplies like light bulbs and batteries for the remotes. They think of everything you may need to enjoy your stay. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants is convenient. We certainly enjoyed relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee. I would recommend this property and would certainly book again next time I plan for a quiet getaway.

Location, Beauty and Hospitality

We had the pleasure of staying at this sweet little house. Clean, lots of charm, and located right on the main drag with plenty of options to spend your vacation. The amazing views as well as shops and wonderful restaurants. Not sure where to go? Lorri, the owner, knows plenty of places to visit and she responds quickly. We will stay there again.

Wonderful getaway!

Well-equipped, beautiful home in a perfect location! We really enjoyed the back yard, especially after long days of hiking. The home was in walking distance to restaurants and shops, which is an added bonus since traffic can sometimes be a little challenging depending on time of day. The owner is absolutely delightful! Definitely will be returning!

Walking distance to Whole Foods!!

This house was well-suited for our family of 2 grandparents, a daughter, and two grandchildren (13 and 18). The studio apartment gave the 18-year-old sufficient privacy. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was absolutely great! Coming during Christmas week, the traffic was a nightmare, but we didn't have to fight the cars to go food shopping; we could just walk to Whole Foods! It was lovely to find coffee, chips, popcorn, and other goodies upon our arrival.

Perfect place.

This house was perfect for us. We came on our spring break and wanted to do some off-roading. We had both a jeep and a RZR on a trailer and the driveway was large enough for everything with space to spare. The back yard is fully fenced which was a great convenience for our little dogs. The house was very clean and Lorri couldn’t have been better as our host. We would definitely stay here again.

Rest and Ceremony

We did much learning and deep ceremony with local medicine people. We need rest! This home was very comfortable and provides rest and privacy ! Everyone liked being there! SUPER GREAT LOCATION! Perfect Sedona Vacation Rental

This was an amazing place to stay. It was more room than we needed, but we were happy to have it and bring our dog along on her first Sedona visit! Lorri was a fantastic host answering any questions we had in addition to excellent communications as needed. She welcomed us to plug in our car which ended up being a HUGE relief that we did not have to be 100% dependent on the charging network up in Sedona. She had extra kitchen items out for us, the place was truly inviting and a joy to stay in.

Family vacation

This property was conveniently located with amazing sunset views just up the street. The owner has provided brochures on local attractions, games, books, and toys. Extras like toiletries and coffee, tea, spices, vegetable oil and olive oil were appreciated! All the appliances and cooking utensils we needed were available. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was in touch by text or email and even had lights turned on for our late arrival! Thoughtful extras and decor really contributed to a feeling of being home away from home!
