Come inside and you’re greeted by beautiful hardwood floors that flow seamlessly throughout the home. The open-concept living area features a plush new sofa, a contemporary gas fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a perfect hub for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dedicated dining area for 5 guests and seating for 2 at the kitchen bar counter. Tucked off the kitchen is a cozy corner complete with an accent chair and desk space, perfect for working from home.
Enjoy outdoor living with a fully fenced backyard and patio area. Adirondack chairs around a firepit set the stage for stargazing, storytelling, or summer sunbathing! The gas grill is ready for backyard barbeques, and it’s a safe and secure space for the little ones and pets to explore. Nearby Sunset Park has shaded play areas, sports courts, and trails, and welcomes leashed pets!
A separate entrance leads through the laundry to a converted garage space Casita, for your enjoyment. Simple and quaint extra space/bonus room for overflow or a moment of alone time. The Casita offers a kitchenette with a toaster oven, fridge, and coffee maker! Queen sleeper sofa and full bathroom with walk-in shower, and smart TV.

Bonita Lane accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms designed with your downtime in mind. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a shower, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, a full washer and dryer awaits, ensuring your stay is as seamless as possible.

Pets: Small dogs only (no cats) are allowed with a nonrefundable $200 pet fee per pet (more than 1 pet requires the owner's approval) - Must disclose the pet(s) upfront at the time of inquiring/booking - Fully fenced-in yard for a great get-together and pets - If any unauthorized pet(s) is found in the property, a $1,000.00 penalty will be assessed to the Guest(s) per pet. Guests are expected to pick up after their pet. Bags are provided in the back yard. If feces are found on the property after check out, guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Very clean, great location, all the comforts and amenities necessay. We had a very nice stay while attending the film festival. One issue that may be related to Expedia more was indicating a pet on the reservation but not getting that confirmed, so having to follow up withe management company to pay that separately. But it was easy and the office personnel were friendly and helpful.
This property is great and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sedona. Easy to access all the sites in Sedona. Very clean, spacious, and quiet place to stay.
The house was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants and hiking trails. Highly recommend!
We loved this house for so many reasons — the layout and spaciousness, the well-equipped kitchen (we cooked a lot), the outdoor seating and fire pit. But the best part was its location walking distance from hiking trails and outside the fray of traffic and the crowds.
Wonderful rancher in quiet neighborhood. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Great base for trips to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Phoenix and sights around Sedona. House is well equipped and clean/comfortable.
We found this place to be quite clean and the Kitchen was
was well stocked with all the appliances and utensils to cook anything . Overall very good . We would stay there again . The T.V. stations were a bit confusing .
It’s a nice house that is clean and well kept. It is an older house so there are creaky and uneven floorboards. TV doesn’t have local stations or cable. But the kitchen is very well stocked. Great washer and dryer. Two items of note:It really does not have any view to speak of. Second, it gets quite bright in the house very early from the sunrise. Lots of skylights and no real shades on the windows to block light. Excellent communication and a very worry free and enjoyable stay
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, near the end of a street. There’s a nice park and walking trails very close. It is super easy to get out into the main road to get anywhere in the area. Check-in was seamless and we had no issues during our 4-night stay. I never had to try to communicate with the property manager directly, I got all the info we needed via text and email, so I cannot comment as to how responsive they’d be if there was an issue.The remodel of the house is mostly well done, but the house still does show its age a bit, which is why it didn’t earn 5 stars. The furnace is very loud and made some funny noises. There are no ventilation fans in the bathrooms, just small windows which were mostly fine for a wintertime stay, but they did make it a lot colder in the house. There were also a few places where the floor was uneven. These aren’t deal-breakers, just small things that are worth mentioning.
This was the perfect Sedona house for our family of 5. It was beautifully decorated with quintessential Arizona style, and it was so spacious, yet cozy. It was a wonderful home to return to and unwind in after adventures in and around the area. We would absolutely stay here again!
My husband I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday with our 2 older dogs who do not like fireworks. We enjoyed a nice, quiet week in this house and neighborhood. It was a great location to go for walks or hikes but still close to lots of shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully done and I feel like they have everything you could possibly need.
The home was great and the management company was easy to communicate with. The AC had issues and unfortunately had to do without 1 night but it was fixed very next day. Maybe put in mini Ac in master bedroom like the guest rooms and more ceiling fans but otherwise great place and I already booked for next year.
