The Blazing Elephant is a newly built, modern Sedona retreat set on a full acre of private land, named for the moment at sunset when your view of Elephant Rock glows a vivid neon orange. Designed to bring the outdoors in, the home features stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Sedona’s iconic red rock views. The home is central to most of Sedona's best hiking trails, with many walkable from the house! The property includes a stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath main house along with a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath casita—perfect for families or groups seeking both connection and privacy.

The primary bedroom has an en-suite spa like bathroom with a walk in large rain shower, separate deep soaking tub, and big walk in closet. Both bedrooms in the main house have direct access to the second deck, which is the perfect setting for morning coffee/tea. A few steps from the main house is a private casita with one bed / one bathroom with a walk in shower and closet. The casita also features a kitchenette with a refrigerator and mini bar sink.
Guests can relax on the expansive deck ideal for epic views, BBQs, yoga, or sunset lounging, while the large fenced yard offers plenty of space to unwind. The Blazing Elephant offers a peaceful, immersive escape in the heart of Sedona.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, complete with a spacious deck with incredible views of Elephant Rock—perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere. The homes in this peaceful neighborhood are thoughtfully spaced to provide maximum privacy, allowing you to fully unwind.

Right outside your door, nature comes alive. You may spot deer, javelina, a variety of vibrant bird species, and even the occasional bobcat wandering through. (We kindly ask that you admire them from a distance and refrain from feeding them, as they thrive best on their natural diets.)

We want your time while in our care to be as peaceful and relaxing as possible. While we’re always available should you need anything during your stay, we also respect your privacy and prefer to let you enjoy the quiet charm of the home and it's surroundings without interruption.

VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS from the front deck! Perfect place to start your morning with a coffee to watch the sunrise and an even better place to end your day during the golden hour, sipping a nice local wine and watching the sun set!

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying the living space, and outdoor amenities. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Outdoors: Please stay on stone paths, sidewalks, decks, dog run, and landscaped areas of the property. This protects the natural plant life, prevents soil erosion, and ensures your safety in our slightly steep and rocky setting.

Your property management team, we are available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. Please send us your questions in the message center and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For urgent emergencies—such as a fire, flood or medical emergency in the home—please dial 911 and then contact us immediately.

All non-emergency inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Please ensure the key is replaced in the lockbox. As our guest you are responsible for the house key at all times. If you lose the key or do not place it back in the lockbox upon departure then there will be a $150 re-key charge.

CASITA - The third guest room is a casita with a kitchenette (no stove, oven or dishwasher). We will have amenities in there such as coffee, dishware, silverware, microwave, etc. The casita is "attached to the house" but you must go outside of the main house to get to the casita.

PARKING: There is complimentary parking on site at this unit. We have plenty of space for up to three vehicles in our driveway. Guests are allowed to use one space in the garage but there will be no garage door opener accessible, and the garage will have to be accessed by the side door / exterior of the garage. WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING A GARAGE DOOR OPENER.

Please DO NOT park in the neighbor’s driveway. If we receive calls stating that vehicles are parked in their driveway, your vehicle will be subject to towing. That is not our property, and our guests are NOT welcome to park there.

DINING - There is no traditional "dining table" inside of the home. We have 4 comfortable bar stools at the large kitchen island and there is a great 6 person dining table on the patio overlooking Elephant Rock that gets plenty of shade in the evenings and is great for family meals. Otherwise there is no dining table inside of the home or casita.
