➤ This is a two story house with two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a kitchenette, two living rooms with TVs and fold open futon couches, one gas fireplace downstairs and one electric fireplace upstairs, and a lot of private outdoor space.

• Two of the three bathrooms were recently remodeled.
• The house has central air conditioning and heat and a full library of books as well as some fun games. • Best of all, this spacious home is situated in the most ideal location in Sedona, walking distance to both trails and shopping.
