Enjoy amazing views while spending time with your loved ones in this dog friendly, 3 bed 2 bath chic, sophisticated & contemporary home. This home is centrally located within walking distance of the Chapel of the Holy Cross & minutes form hiking & biking trails, grocery stores, vortex sites, shopping, tourist sites, restaurants & more. Treat yourself and make this your Sedona home base!

House Rules:

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

Dogs only. 2 Dogs max. 50lb weight limit. Pre-paid $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog required to be paid up front.

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes
are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are
9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

Perfect Sedona adventure, homebase

Couldn’t think of a better location in Sedona, literally across the street from a trail head for hiking and mountain, biking, and minutes from all the attractions. True three bedroom two bath with two separate living spaces that was ideal for our teenage kids. The house was spotless and we liked having the garage to store our bikes. Was very happy every time we came home to this property.

Perfect location and updated house

My friends and I stayed over memorial day weekend and loved the property. Chapel of the Holy Cross is a 6 minute walk and out front of the patio is the perfect view of mystic mountain. Just across the road is the start of a few hiking trails. We loved the location of the house as it wasn’t right in the middle of the Sedona, and it was a less busy area. The house is spacious and seems it has been updated recently. We weren’t a big group but you could easily fit a big group in the house. We really love our time and will be booking again in the future!

The house was beautiful

The house had amazing views of the red rock mountains. We walked the trails daily and the house was so close to the shopping and dining area. We had a great time in Sedona.

Beautiful home near chapel

Our family enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The house was clean and spacious. It was away from the busy uptown area and was near many hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay overall. Our teenagers enjoyed having a separate living space to retreat to at night. The grocery stores were a quick easy drive. We would highly recommend staying here.

Christmas Vacation

This property is amazing! Lots of room to spread out. Our 14 year old pug was able to be with us, which made our stay even more enjoyable not worrying about him. We enjoyed the bright stars and howling coyotes at night. Took an easy day trip to the Grand Canyon. Will definitely book this place again when we come back!

We arrived at our check in time and there was already a family in the unit! I reached out to the host to find out what had happened and never received a reply. Five senior women, and we did not have the house we booked months ago. We found a new place at 10 at night. For more money and we lost most of our first day of a short vacation. VRBO said a refund was coming. I have not seen it yet and we are going back and forth on their covering the additional costs that the new reservation cost us. Everything was booked! I have no idea how it got double booked. If it was the home owner or VRBO... But since the host never responded to me. I'm leaving this review here.

Birthday Stay

Home was beautiful, and as advertised. Unfortunately, the street where it is located is a popular destination for visitors trying to see the church at the end of the block. We had to wait in line to get back to the residence. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider depending the days of the week you plan on staying. We were there on a weekend between Christmas and New Year.

Gorgeous red rock views!

Everything we needed was in the house. Plenty of room and bathrooms for 6 adults. The house was appointed nicely with a modern farmhouse vibe. Outside space was excellent. Very handy to be across the street from a wonderful trailhead for long or short morning walks. Close to Oak Creek for evening dining to stay out of the fray from downtown Sedona. Just perfect. Will be looking to rent again.
