Great location, very safe and very nice check in and out. Only 1 thing, no maid service for the entire week. They apologized and really, since I was alone, it was not a terrible issue. The room was large, beds were comfy and lots of hot water.
The first night I was upstairs in room 209 and it had not been remodeled. It rained in the night and I have a dog I have to take out at least once at night so I was a little nervous about navigating wet steps at night so I asked to be moved to a lower level room for the remainder pg my stay. The room was much nicer it new tile flooring throughout and clearly was just revamped so I was much happier. Nice to have a kitchen and eat out every meal!!
This Inn was very clean and located in a great area . The host was very Kind, and easy to contact. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
We were very disappointed with our stay in Sedona, especially considering how expensive the room was for a hotel that is not even considered five-star.
The main reason we booked this hotel was for the view, but upon arrival, we did not receive the view that we specifically booked and paid for. That was already frustrating, but the experience became much worse the following morning.
At around 6:00 AM, while getting ready for the day and using the hairdryer, the power in our room completely went out. We attempted to contact the front desk multiple times, only to find out that nobody was available until 8:00 AM. We then had to call the emergency line, and the only solution offered was for us to use a different room that had already been used by someone else just so we could get ready and use the restroom.
While we were desperate and had no choice, this was completely unacceptable. No guest paying premium prices should have to deal with a power outage early in the morning with no staff available to assist, then be sent to another used room just to get ready for the day.
Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience, and unfortunately not worth the price we paid.

A nice place to relax and enjoy the views. Also very close to other attractions and hiking trails which were great since they were varied in difficulty and length. I’d stay again!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The beds were not comfortable at all and the tile floors were filthy. I took a shower, walked across the floor and had to wash my feet again before putting socks on.
Great location with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Would've loved more storage space for three people, but we made it work. Very good value for the price.
Perfect location from Uptown and all the hiking trails. Stayed the night so we would be fully rested for our 5am hike the next morning. Our room had everything we needed! Glad we stayed here :)
Economic motel, thoughtfully planned for hikers.
Kitchenette with minimal kitchen tools: Frying pan but no lid, no place to contain clean utensils, used ice container. No place to hang clothes, just three hooks. Window curtains not adequate for blocking exterior security lights. Beds comfortable.

Loud noises, uncomfortable beds
The road traffic was very loud. We stayed on a cold night and had to use the heater. Almost all of the buttons were worn off so I guessed which button did what. The heater was very loud and would kick off and on. In addition the beds were very uncomfortable. It was not easy to get a good sleep here. The location is the only good thing about this property.
