But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! This was our first time visiting this house, and we absolutely loved it! All the rooms were very clean and well organized. The coffee machine worked great, and the kitchen was spotless and easy to use. Staying here made our Sedona trip fantastic. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The host was very responsive, warm and welcoming. The house was absolutely amazing. There was something there to entertain and amaze virtually any personality. When we weren't out enjoying Sedona, we were hanging around any one of the many diverse and entertaining rooms, having loads of fun! It was a huge hit with the entire family.
