Welcome to our stunning Uptown house, located in the heart of uptown and just a short walk away from a variety of shops and restaurants. With 3800 square feet of luxurious living space, our 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Recently remodeled, our home boasts a spacious and modern interior with tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. Step outside onto the wraparound deck and take in the spectacular red rock views, or head to the newly built private backyard to enjoy the heated pool and spa. The outdoor BBQ area and firepit are perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Inside, the loft area features a second fully equipped kitchen, living room, and sitting room, providing ample space for large groups to spread out and relax. The main kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking supplies, including spices and cooking oils, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Our home is also kid-friendly and comes with a crib, highchair, and stroller for your convenience. Plus, our comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep for all. We recently completely remodeled the master bathroom. Floor to ceiling tile and a new Toto Neorest toilet!

Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Great Ladies Trip House

There were 7 of us total for our stay and the house was perfect - plenty of space, the layout was great, and well stocked. Great location - walking distance to shopping and coffee shops/restaurants and short drive to hiking trail heads. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location!

It was a beautiful home and just blocks from restaurants and shopping, and minutes away from great trails for hiking! Great house for up to two families given the way it’s set up. Totally separate space with full kitchen that sleeps 4. Well maintained.

Our group of 12 (ages 16-76) fit comfortably in the home and it was a great location. We were unable to get the hot tub to heat (in December) but overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great place to celebrate my 50th

Everything you need is here. Such an amazing location and spectacular views. The house accommodated our group of 8 women perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close (walking distance) to great restaurants and destinations. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needs, pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend!

Great house in a great Sedona location!

My family of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed spending our annual family vacation in this lovely home. The location of the house was a plus as it is in walking distance to town. Also, after a hike relaxing in the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The house itself has a nice layout. Lots of room. We also enjoyed the grill. I would recommend this home for a fun family vacation.

Amazing Sedona getaway!

My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for a girls weekend! The house was great! Beds for all twelve of us and lots of sitting areas for us to hang and relax. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the location of the property was walkable to town. I would highly recommend this house for others to rent. Thank you!

Girls weekend

The location and size of the home are spectacular. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. When we arrived, we were stunned by the size of the house. It was MORE than comfortable for 8 girls. The upstairs 'suite' is its own little retreat. Between the stunning views and the enormous bathroom, we didn't want to leave that portion of the home.

Fabulous house

My wife and I along with 5 adult family members and a 7 month old baby stayed here for 4 nights. The place is great- no complaints. We hit a stretch of colder and wetter weather than normal but still we had a great time hiking and checking out the town. We also had fun at the house- playing cards, cooking meals, and spending time in the pool and hot tub. Even in the evening when it was in the mid 40s the heated pool felt warm and comfortable. Even though the house is rather expensive I would definitely recommend this house to others.

As described

The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

Great House but inop central heat in upper level

The uptown home was great for our group of 8 family members. The pros were the size, cleanliness (in the house, not necessarily around the spa), amenities, and proximity to town. It really is a great house. Unfortunately, we downgraded what could have been an across-the-board 5-star review due to the house not being as described because of inoperative central heat on the upper level. This fact was not disclosed to us prior to our arrival and, in fact, not until the next day after we had inquired with the agent about the heat - there was a part on order. A space heater was available (and used by us). Before using the space heater, the upstairs temperature was 56 degrees. The upstairs is large and includes a kitchen area, a sitting room, and a large bedroom area. Consequently, we spent the majority of our time on the main floor where the heat was working but missed regularly enjoying the upstairs with its beautiful view. Other minor items included the lack of an instruction binder...something that has been in every other VRBO in which we have stayed. It may not be required, but it would have been useful for such things as operating the outdoor spa, etc... Oh, we marked down the check-in process because the maids were still cleaning the house until 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in.

Quiet bachelorette bash

Me and 5 other girls stayed here to celebrate our friend and bride who is getting married in 2 months. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to town and restaurants which is very convenient for anyone who stays here. We enjoyed the balcony/deck off the mother in law suite, which is gorgeous and full of Sedona red rock views. The master bedroom, bathroom, mother in law suite, kitchen and living room you can tell have been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated which is wonderful. Overall we had a wonderful stay. We only had two complaints. One issue was the pool and spa as there was a dead rodent in it and since it couldn’t be shocked in time, we weren’t able to use it which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose this property. The only other complaint we had was the microwave not working and certain things weren’t quite finished being renovated such as bathrooms and bedrooms that were left half painted. Other than that, we really did enjoy our time in Sedona and recommend this property for a nice quiet gathering.

My family from various states enjoyed a mini reunion for 4 nights at Jackie and Sam’s home. The location was convenient to uptown and had beautiful views from the loft balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the variety of Keurig cups available to us so we didn’t have to go shopping for coffee. Our hosts were responsive. Beds and seating were comfortable and plenty. We definitely recommend!!

Perfect for Large Group

We visited Sedona for a girls' hiking trip with 7 women. This property was perfect for our stay. Very spacious with lots of room - very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool/hot tub were amazing!. It's a short walk into the town to the shops and restaurants. We'd stay here again!
