"This is a well-maintained property. The bed was comfortable. I like that it’s just outside main Sedona. You don’t deal with the traffic of central Sedona. Walking distance to several very good restaurants. We used the hot tub after dinner and it was great. The breakfast is all carb type food…no protein but still good and the facility felt clean and well-maintained. I’d stay here again!"

"Staff was amazing except the evening/night staff at the desk did lose our room service order for the next morning. Inconvenient, but not that big of a deal. Beautiful views, little bit of noise from the airport but not that bad."

"Great location and remodeled rooms including nice beds and stylish showers. The included breakfast is good with a fair amount of options. Relaxing place to chill. If you prefer to have a gym or hot tub though, you won’t find those here."

"Property was well located. Rooms and property are dated with older cabinetry, etc. Parking can be challenging. Didn't like the marketing pitch for a timeshare seminar -- compensation offered was different for each participant depending on how much you paid for your room. Early check out at 10am was a little rushed. If we would have participated in the 9am sales pitch, we would have had to check out by 8:45am which did not work for us. No later checkout for attending sales pitch. The sale solicitation really dragged out the check-in process."

"The location was great for the trip. The room was cozy and we were pleased with the room with no telephone, the bed were very comfortable and we slept alot. The hotel was near trails, only dispensary at the bottom of the hill and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance and everyone was friendly. The staff was very helpful and allows us to check in early after our long drive. The trust factor from the family that owns the hotel was refreshing making the environment peaceful."

"The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything including the click of the key card activating the lock. You are able the here the conversations of the people in the bext room. Bathrooms are so small you can hardly turn around in them. Water pressure is so low making almost impossible to rinse the shampoo out of your hair. They charge for everything. I booked on Hotels.com and the hotel charged me a destination fee. You pay for parking after spending $500 a nigh to stay in a hotel that you can hear through the walls like you were in the same room. The staff was a bit on the rude side. I tried to book the Spa and was tokd you need to use the QR code at the dront desk when you get there. I explained i was still in route driving. There was no direct number to speak to the spa. The girl at the front dest said she would send me a link to my email to book. I had less tgan an hour to book the spa due to there 3 hour prior rule. Needless to say she never sent the link. I paid $500 to sleep in a room. I have been staying in Sedona for get aways and vacations dor over 20 year. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had. Stay somewhere else and get you moneys worth."

"This property was very dated for the cost, it was very disappointing for a Courtyard property. The bathrooms didn’t feel clean, the carpets are old and worn out. I was looking forward to leaving the property as quickly as possible, due to the outdated rooms. The location isn’t ideal as well, it’s right at the start of town, a little far from everything."
