We had a family of 8 traveling and this place had enough beds, comfy beds, lots of light and fantastic view, great kitchen, large eating table, nice hot tub (with robes provided) to recoup after a day of hiking, plenty of bathrooms/showers for large group, responsive owners, and comfy living room couches! We were treated well!
The house was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean, very spacious, beautiful balcony, loved the big dining room table for all our family meals!!! Loved the house was close to grocery stores and very good location for all our center points of activities! We will definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay here! It fit our group of 12 comfortably! The place was beautiful and had tons of amenities! We loved the coffee bar and hot tub! The location to downtown Sedona and all the hiking spots is great. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again!
The property was great. The big dining room, kitchen and family room were perfect for our big diverse group. Kitchen is well appointed and we cooked several meals there.
This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. We spent a lot of time on the deck and around the dining room table. We had 12 women in our group and everyone was comfortable and happy!
Came out to Sedona for several days of mountain biking with a group of friends. This house was absolutely amazing and we each had our own room with the most comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you could need for preparing meals and the grill on the deck was stocked with propane. Even small things such as having liquid hand soap versus bars in the kitchen and bathrooms showed the attention to detail. Hot tub could only fit about 3 men but it was a great way to soak after a long ride. Lower level game room is a cool place to shoot some pool. Lastly, the location was perfect. Close to Sedona West and Uptown but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back with the family.
House for the our family and extended family during our daughters destination wedding in Sedona.
House was wonderful. There was so much space for everyone. I cooked multiple meals for 12-15 people with ease. Everyone enjoyed the game room and fire pit. I even got a chance to relax in the wonderful hot tub. Location was so close to everything but the yard and the views made you feel like you were far away from it all. Would highly recommend!
The unit accommodated all our needs providing private bedrooms and baths for all guests.
Many things to occupy all quests and hot tub was a popular option
Our stay in this property was amazing. We gathered as a family to honor the life of our mother. And we could have asked for a more perfect property and location. The views were spectacular. The service and kind support of Vivian and Jamie was exceptional. We are certain our choice to stay at Kokopelli and Cowboys was heaven sent. We will always make this (or their other properties) our first choice when visiting beautiful Sedona.

Our stay at the House of Kokopellis and Cowboys was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped for both relaxation and fun. The views of the Sedona Red Rocks from the patios and bedrooms were breathtaking, and waking up to such scenery felt magical. We loved the open kitchen and dining spaces, where we gathered for meals and quality time. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults alike, offering pool, foosball, and plenty of seating to watch TV or hang out. The outdoor areas, especially the hot tub and firepit, were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails, which were conveniently accessible from the property.Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and hottub. This home made it so easy to relax and make lasting memories. We highly recommend it for any family or group looking to experience Sedona in comfort and style.
We had a wonderful holiday weekend stay! There were four adults and four kids in our group. This VRBO was perfect for a multi-family stay. Very spacious, and a well laid-out floor plan in the upstairs/Main house. We did not realize the lower part of the home was not accessible from the main level, so our kids were not able to sleep next to the game room as planned (since they would have to walk outside, and up to the main house in the dark/night if they needed anything, which was not feasible for their ages). We made it work fine, however, as there were four bedrooms on the main floor. The kids had a blast using the game room and playing outside in the spacious property. The hot tub and fire pit area were also wonderful. The home has a very convenient location - easy to get to all activities and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
Great stay overall! I’m ranking it 4.8 for just 2 minor items. The barbecue grill was not cleaned and the coffee pot brewed very slowly and stopped working completely by Sunday (we used the kurig the last 2 mornings). We didn’t tell Jaime about the coffee pot, so I admit they might would have replaced it if we asked. We loved the games, cornhole especially. Loved all the charging stations throughout the house as well. My family commented that their beds were very comfortable! Our bed in the master br was really comfy! Fyi we didn’t use the hot tub.
My wife and I give it 4.80 as the grill was the main downgrade! But again, an awesome place and we would stay there again.
The VRBO was great and everything we could ask for! The views from the back porch are incredible. The house was clean and had so much space! Would definitely suggest staying here.
4 siblings and their spouses shared this home. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. 2 extra bedrooms. Large gathering spaces. Deck was awesome, looking out at Cathedral Rock. Great hiking just out back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. Best part was if any issues with the house, the host was super responsive.
The property is exactly like the description. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The home is very large, we had a party of 8 and were all able to eat together outside on the deck or in the dining area. Beautiful outside large deck to view the red rocks and night time star gazing. The property owner responded quickly to questions. The home is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. This was my sixth trip to Sedona and first time staying in a home, I would definitely recommend this home.
Clean, quiet and perfectly situated. The property was beautiful and spacious and had every amenity you could possibly need. The host was attentive and responsive. Will be back in the fall.
We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful house and great communication with the owners/managers. Our biggest gripe is that the game room/2 additional bedrooms are not connected to the main house. This is noted in the listing but not very well.
This place could not have been more perfect for our weekend getaway. Location felt secluded and private yet so close to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make home cooked meals, plenty to do on a night in. Gorgeous views from the patio for morning coffee or al fresco dining. Hosts went out of their way to accommodate us and very responsive. Will defintley look here first for any trip to Sedona in the future!
Great location in the West Sedona close to a couple of grocery stores and many restaurants. Plenty of space to hang out with a nice pool table, foosball table, and board games. Kitchen had plenty of plates and cooking utensils. Large capacity washer and dryer, a big plus after long days of hiking. Beds were comfy too! The hosts were very communicative and accessible. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the house backs into some easy hiking trails, though we didn't venture too far on those particular trails.
