Beautiful, modern, mid-century style home with spectacular views & wide open living spaces. On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled below majestic Coffee Pot Rock. Central A/C, & all the comforts of home. Fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect Sedona stay! Private 2 person Caldera Spa & terrific outdoor spaces with gorgeous views. Shaded patio looking out upon Sugarloaf & Thunder Mountains. Great wildlife photo opportunities! Just a few blocks down from the Sugarloaf trail which offers spectacular, easy to moderate hiking.

Our home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone respect the City of Sedona quiet hours from 9:00pm-7:00am, so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

You will definitely want to take advantage of the outdoor space with 2-3 person Hot Tub, BBQ, Dining Table w/ 6 chairs, Outdoor Sofa, and Fire Pit surrounded by enchanting, mature landscaping and of course, those views!

Guest access: Whole home, Garage, backyard Patio

Living Room: Offers brand new comfortable furnishings, large windows bringing in plenty of natural light and those majestic views. Relax and Unwind after a day of hiking. Do some yoga on the provided mats or play games with the family.

Kitchen: This kitchen space is fully equipped and offers some modern touches, such as a stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, convection cooktop, microwave. Island with Bar seating. Walk-in Pantry.

Dining Room: There's seating for up to ten guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen bar seating. Out on the adjacent patio you can enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and amazing red rock views.

2nd Living Room: Comfortable brand new reclining couches, Smart TV.

Master suite– King size luxury bed, private bath with a spacious shower. Smart TV, Sliding door to backyard.

Everything was so clean and well styled! Had everything you could need as a group of friends or a young family. And location was incredible, such a beautiful neighborhood against the red rocks, loved that there’s a beautiful trail steps from the spot!! Plus so easy to get anywhere else in Sedona from here. Reall really loved our stay, a magical vrbo in a magical place

Relaxing stay in stunning surroundings

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Serene Retreat! The house fit us perfectly with plenty of room to stretch out and recharge. The entire house was well-appointed and clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed evening walks taking in the gorgeous sights of red rocks. This is easily one of our best places we’ve stayed on vacation and already talk of returning.

50th Anniversary

Everything about the property was amazing. Plenty of room for 2 couples, rooms are spacious and very clean. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again while visiting Sedona. Property managers were very quick to respond to our questions.

We absolutely loved our stay at this great house in West Sedona. The location was perfect and the surrounding scenery was gorgeous. The hosts were great to work with. When we come back,to visit we will definitely choose this property again.

Beautiful and relaxing setting

The house was exactly as presented. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, beds and an extremely well stocked kitchen. It is obvious that the host wanted you to feel at home with comfy throws, a bottle of wine and snacks to welcome you. The setting and views from the property and neighborhood are breath taking. The hot tub was an added bonus to this wonderful home. We highly recommend this lovely property.

Perfect spot in Sedona

This is a beautiful, super clean home in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood, within an easy drive to restaurants, shopping, and the hiking/sightseeing spots for which Sedona is well known. We loved the spaciousness of the home and especially having three bathrooms along with three bedrooms (one en suite). Also, the outside yard included multiple seating areas that were lovely for enjoying a morning coffee.

Sedona hiking vacation

Six adults stayed at this house. We were all impressed with the house and neighborhood. The house was close to our hiking destinations. The kitchen is very well stocked. The backyard had a hot tub and places to relax.

Excellent property and communication

This is a beautiful property with many amenities! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and we used the hot tub and fire pit and the games they had on a daily basis. It is an excellent location near trailheads and restaurants and grocery stores. Kristen and Phil were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

Sedona Serene Retreat was one of our best Vrbo stays ever! Plenty of space (and bathrooms! :)), clean, and fully stocked. The hot tub was awesome! The hosts made us feel so welcome with snacks and a bottle of wine when we arrived. The location was superb and close to everything! You could practically touch the red rocks surrounding the neighborhood. So beautiful. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

HS Senior Trip

Our HS Senior picked Sedona, Grand Canyon and Scottsdale as his spring break trip. Sedona started things off and what a great way to start. House was PERFECT. Location, amenities, host…everything. Unreal views from the back yard and you could walk to the trailheads. We did Sugarloaf, Tea Cup, Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock. All easy to moderate but still with mind blowing views.House had everything you would need and more. Host really went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you so much, Kirsten.

Just perfect!

Everything about this property exceeded already high expectations. Beds were so comfortable, baths and kitchen well supplied. I liked the clothes dryer better than my own! Very convenient to dining and activities. We don’t have a single suggestion for improvement. The hosts checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well.

A beautiful home in a beautiful place!

My family and I have used VRBO many times and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay a wonderful one! From a great bottle of wine to greet us to beach towels for the hot tub, plenty of starter supplies, coffees, and YES!!!, a lighted makeup mirror! The beds were super comfy and we had more than enough room to spread out. The location is also wonderful, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful hikes. The neighborhood is quiet and it was wonderful to sit by the fire pit at night and see so many stars. I cannot recommend this home enough and next time we come to Sedona we will definitely be back!

Sedona Serene Retreat

We enjoyed out stay at the Sedona Serene Retreat. The house was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for more. Proximity to the trail head is a short 1.5 block walk, which gets you to the Sugar Loaf trail and many others. The home was well stocked in the kitchen for preparing meals which offered a refreshing change of pace over other VRBO's. The hosts for the property are very communicative and are prompt to reply to questions and willing to help in any way possible. The check in / out process is seamless and easy. Again, this is a fantastic home located in a great neighborhood in Sedona. We can't wait to come back!

Beyond our expectations! This is a real gem !!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home ! We stayed here for a few days to do some hiking in Sedona and drove up to the Grand Canyon for a day. The communication was immediate from the moment I booked, Kirsten was sending info about our upcoming stay. She was so nice to answer questions I had with recommendations about the area. From the easiness with check in , to the GORGEOUS home /location and having every amenity you could think of , Kirsten and Phil thought of it all ! They had tons of books about Sedona, fun games, every cooking utensil /pots and pans , coffee maker/ kduring, coffee pods , mugs , extra linens , blankets, pillows, towels, blow dryers, mini toiletries in the bathrooms, I can go on and on , they thought of everything! This home is very spacious for 6 people , lots of space for everyone to enjoy . Large table for meals together, kitchen was very big for all to be in and enjoy , the bedrooms were very large , and the bathrooms were beautiful! The hot tub is a real bonus !!! To look up at that clear Sedona sky and see the stars was breathtaking! The information book about the house and the area was very helpful! The property and location was perfect! The pics on here are on point , STUNNING ! When I had a question about something Kirsten responded within minutes. Book this home ! Cant wait to go back , will book again !
