We chose this house not merely because it was in Sedona, but also because there were beautiful views right from the house, even if you did not go out hiking. Several of us are old and could only do a little bit of hiking. The house and its deck and porch delivered. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and other cooking implements. We were able to cook anything that we would have made at home. This was a great advantage. The house is laid out well, with two gathering spaces, not counting the deck and patio. This is a benefit when a group is large enough that not everyone would want to do the same thing. The house was impeccably clean. The bathrooms were spacious. The mattresses on the beds were good. Mattresses can be a sticky point in rentals, as they all look the same in pictures, but it is easy for the owner to do with cheap ones. These were good. The location was close enough to get to everything, far enough from downtown to be quiet. There is little more that we could have desired from a rental
