Loved the whole place! Relaxing and beautiful. Would definitely go back & would recommed to friends. We thougt it was the perfect distance from Sedona proper.
We absoluely loved the Quail Hollow retreat! The house is near the Village of Oak Creek so you are close enough to downtown Sedona that it isn't inconvenient to go to Sedona, but you are aware from all the traffic of town. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and feels very safe. The house itself is well stocked and beautiful. We even saw several wild Javelinas one night which to me was a highlight of the stay.
Bill and Sandi (the owners) have the most wonderful location in the Village of Oak Creek to stay while visiting Sedona. The neighborhood is PERFECTLY situated where you feel the tranquility of AZ (scenic views from your window and the sound of quails
from the backyard) and yet you are still close enough to all of the hiking trails, glass blowing, restaurants and so much more.
As for the house . . . it has everything you would want (and more). The master bathroom's shower and tub were so relaxing (so was the masseuse we had come to the house). The kitchen is stocked with everything you can possibly need. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The bedrooms have a variety of pillows, blankets, throws (in the livingroom) to make you comfortable throughout your stay. Lastly, the seating outside is ABUNDANT. Doesn't matter which door you want to exit (bedroom, dining room, living room, main entrance) there is always a place to lounge outside and take it all in. My wife and I can't wait to return.
This was a great place to stay, with wonderful views from the deck and comfortable accommodations. Very clean and the owners were great at communicating. Would love to come back some day!

Wonderful stay!
From the first moment to the very last day we enjoyed every second at this villa. The Daily's are wonderful hosts and the house has everything that you need. Beautiful location.
Great location and property. Sandi and Bill were lovely. Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, and only a short drive to stores.
My family that came to visit from Florida, loved the house and Sedona. The house was very clean, comfortable in a quiet community that had wonderful views of the Red Rocks.
We loved our stay in this beautifully built and furnished home. We appreciated the comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, abundant outdoor seating, and many, many amenities and luxuries. Supplies were plentiful and generous,. When I had a question, the owner's response was quick and helpful; we ended up communicating many times and I was impressed with the owner's courtesy and kindness. This place felt just like home, and the views were beautiful.
This comfortable and well maintained property is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a busy day on the trails or the streets of Sedona.
Ample amenities and comfortable furniture are furnished in the home, but it is the outdoor areas where one finds the true value of this peaceful retreat.
Thanks to Sandi & Bill for being such great hosts!

Red rocks are right outside your door! This quiet house is located in Jack's canyon, just outside of the village of Oak Creek. The house was super clean, well stocked with spices, cook wear, dishes and an assortment of bathroom products! Super easy check in and easy check out. It was away from the bustle of Sedona, which we liked alot! The neighborhood is really quiet. Saw lots of Quail, rabbits and deer right in the back yard!
Great communication from hosts in advance of our stay and throughout. Hosts are very warm and friendly. House is absolutely lovely, very comfortable furnishings, clean and well-equipped. Definitely felt at home here. The decks and patio furniture on different sides of the house are great, its so nice to be able to sit in the sun or shade whichever you prefer, at any time of day. We loved the location, it was very quiet and scenic with red rock views and had trails nearby. We have been to Sedona many times but this was our favorite place to stay so far. Thankyou so much for a fantastic stay.

Wonderful home and property that made our Sedona vacation even more memorable.....
We spend a week in Sedona every January and The Villa Near Oak Creek is one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in, while offering a very competitive rental price-point. The house was antiseptically clean and well stocked. It is conveniently located on a nicely landscaped property that is well off the beaten path, while affording easy access to the entire Sedona area. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and provides easy paved strolls right up to the base of the red rocks. Many thanks to Sam and Conny for sharing your amazing home and expect us back again next year!
This property has the best of everything. It has great views of the mountains from a private, quiet back yard. The home is well equipped with everything you will need in the kitchen as well as an outside
porch dinning area. It has comfortable couches and well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms.
You are only 10 minutes from grocery stores and great restaurants. The gorgeous hiking trails are only 10-20 minutes away. It’s our second time staying here and we hope to return.

One of the highlights of our family’s trip to of the Southwest, USA! The views of the red cliffs from inside and outside are fantastic!! The design of the house, the outdoor seating and areas, the decorating, the indoor chairs and couches, kitchen layout, amazing light fixtures, artwork all around, wooden tables and fireplace are put in place for relaxing and for enjoying! The entrance with the gate and fountain, plus the Quail Hollow sign usher you in to this fine home.
Walked into the master bedroom and bathroom and were amazed by the grand furniture, bedding, beautiful bathtub and separate shower with a stone theme and unusual design. The guest bedroom had a shower and sink plus a great armoire. Our girls (adult-20’s) slept there while our boys (adult 20’s) slept very comfortably on the pull out couch in the living room.
We cooked our meals in the well supplied kitchen. We ate dinners outside and a lunch around the great dining room table. We grilled up our 4th of July bbq on the back patio. We gladly utilized the washer and dryer
We fully took in the neighborhood on walks that afforded wonderful views and such a variety of homes, cacti, flowers, and trees. Saw 2 javelins and enjoyed the quail.
We drove to Phoenix to tour Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West and were pleased to come upon the Flamenco music in Sedona at El Rico. We went up to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and hiked Little Horse Trail.
The owners are sweet, appreciative, helpful and welcoming!!

Great stay over Christmas 2017
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Sammy and Conny's house in Oak Creek. The house has everything we needed and is located conveniently to anywhere we needed to go. There are hiking trails nearby and we went on. There are more trails within a few miles leading to the mountain tops. After a long day of hiking, it was so good to come back to this nice house for the evening. The house layout is very good and gives open and inviting feel. The kitchen has many things ready when we arrived which really made cooking easy. I appreciated the idea of not throwing everything away when leaving because next group of people could use some left over kitchen stuff. The porch/deck around the house are also very nice. Since the weather is cool, we did not get to enjoy the porch/deck that much. It was great to meet Sammy and Conny at the last minute right before our departure. It is so nice of them to drive 2 hours to meet us. We wish we had more time to chat with them. Their presence made the house like a home. We have been renting from VRBO for years and this is the only time we had this much interactions with the owners. Great experience! We had such a good time in Sedona area for a week under the warm sun when Chicago area was under deep freeze. Thanks Sammy and Conny for sharing your home with us and we wish you a happy 2018!
The Gradys
We booked this home as the last week of a 22 day trip out west, visiting lots of National Parks. We were traveling with another couple and this home proved to be just the respite we needed. We had a great mix of Sedona adventures and some relaxation before the 3 day trip home. It also allowed us to catch up on laundry and everything we needed for it was provided. The home was comfortable and clean, had plenty of linens, very comfortable furniture, and even had things stocked that travelers appreciate, such as toiletries, condiments, spices and coffee filters. There is a separate casita, which is a rental as well. We met the owners when they came to prep the casita for guests and they could not be any nicer. They gave us some tips on the area and let us know that if we needed anything, they were a call away.
The only negative was no phone service and slow internet. In the email the owners sent before arrival, they recommended an app that provided phone service, but we didn’t download the app.
And the second bedroom had a shower and sink, but the toilet was across the entry, a few step away. That was described in the listing and we decided it was not an issue for our stay when we booked. I mention it only because I saw a negative review about it.
We have rented quite a few VRBO homes and this was probably the best home we’ve ever booked. We were so comfortable and every need was taken care of. The views were amazing. The owners are wonderful people and truly care about their guests having a great stay.

Beautiful setting, but needs maintenance
The house itself is beautiful and in a prime location to see the red rocks driving up to the house. The view itself from the house is a bit obstructed with trees, but still lovely. However, we were quite disappointed in the amount of functional maintenance items wrong with the home.
I'll first say that the owner's daughter greeted us and let us know of some electrical problems they were having, and was very up front about those issues, which were fixed by our second full day there. The owners also refunded us one night's stay for that inconvenience, so I won't go into the issues the electrical problems caused as those are now fixed. However, there were other items wrong with this house that are easily fixable that I hope the owner's take the time to correct.
1) The A/C does not work. We had the house set on 70 and by mid-day, it was the temperature of the outside, so between 85 and 87 degrees, and the house did not cool off until around 2AM, even after we opened all the windows. This was a very big problem, and we did inform the owner's daughter multiple times of this issue.
2) The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is unusable. It is barely attached to the ceiling and so noisy that you can't possibly sleep with it...which not having a working A/C made our nights very miserable.
3) The handle on the hot water in the master bath tub falls off every time you touch it. So anytime we wanted to use it, we had to wedge the handle back on, then take it off, then put it back on to turn the water off. This should be an easy fix, which for some reason, has not been fixed.
4) The master bathroom is only halfway painted. This, obviously, is not a functional issue, but after everything else we dealt with, we had to laugh.
5) The floors were filthy. We have an 8 month old so were on the floor with her pretty regularly. Our feet and socks were gray and black with dirt after walking around on the floors.
This property could be an A+ with just a few days of elbow grease. I hope the owners take the time to fix these issues so future renters can enjoy their stay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this rental until some much needed maintenance is done.
We had the most amazing time in the well equipped, spotless inviting home. Everything you need is here!! The pictures don’t do it justice. We hiked th beautiful trails of Sedona, ate at amazing restaurants and had a beautiful home to cook and relax in!!! Oak creek is a quieter town so close to Sedona but I preferred that we were there. So comfortable to return to after a busy day. We will come back again!!! Amazing hosts with great communication. It doesn’t get any better.
What a marvelous place to enjoy our wedding anniversary. This was our 1st trip to the southwest & the Oak Creek/Sedona area & we were not disappointed in the area or Quail Hollow Retreat. The host, Sandi, was always happy to respond to any questions or recommendations we had. Upon arrival we were surprised with the kitchen necessities & pantry staples that were available for our use. The home was very clean & we enjoyed sitting in the sun on the deck in the afternoons. We loved the location with the mountain views & quiet neighborhood yet close to village of Oak Creek for shopping & restaurants. It was a memorable week & we would highly recommend staying at Quail Hollow Retreat. Thank you Sandi for a wonderful time.
Our stay was great. The home and location was just right. The house was very comfortable and we where able to spend a lot of time on the decks which was very pleasant.
