This single-level studio offers 660 square feet and can accommodate up to four guests.

Entering the front door, you'll find yourself surrounded by the well-designed studio spaces.

Living Room: This space offers comfy furnishings including a queen-size sofa sleeper and a 55” Smart TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals. (Please note: There is no dishwasher)

Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for four.

Bathroom: Offers dual sinks and a tub/shower combo

Cozy studio in a great neighborhood
Great location for my itinerary in Sedona, easy access to main highway for all hiking and day trips. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood and just 5 minutes to Oak Village for groceries and restaurants.

Nice place but …
The unit was clean and nicely decorated. However, we were cold - the weather was in 50’s - and we never could get heater to work. There had to be 25 or more signs all over the place telling us “don’t leave lights on”, “don’t do this”, “don’t do that”. It was very off putting. Why not just list rules in the agreement and be done with it? Also, there was no dishwasher, so we had to hand wash all utensils and pots and pans. Not sure we would stay there again.

This Vrbo property was very charming! My husband and I stayed a week in Sedona, and this was a great place to stay. It is in a nice quiet area. It was decorated very nice and had just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend this property.

Sweet little house in a quiet neighborhood
We loved this place. We stayed a few weeks while we were waiting for our new house to be finished. Fantastic access to the Mystic trailhead (and several other trails that connect to it). Nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed. It was perfect for me and my husband. I think it would be a tight fit for 4 adults for more than a few days.
