Sedona Sweetness Vacation Rentals offers this private, serene Raven Guesthouse! Renew yourself in this private 1-bedroom home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain. Walk in and immediately feel treated to your own private zen-like retreat. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude or relax and soak in our 2-person lounger Tuff Spa. Find rejuvenation at last!
Our guesthouse has one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, toaster oven/Air Fryer, crockpot, coffee pot, Keurig and a barbecue grill available for your use. There is also a tv for streaming Netflix. The guesthouse area is private and fenced off from the main home patio and offers a firepit for a quiet evening outdoors. After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last!
Our guests enjoy a private drive for parking and a private entrance. The outside space is completely fenced for privacy from the main house and includes a outdoor dining table and zero gravity chairs for lounging outside.
Private drive and entrance: Be sure to park on the farthest driveway, as it has been designated for guests. You may also park near the road in the parking spot if you prefer not backing out as far.
Please feel free to text or email us if needed. Host lives in Sedona and very close to the property.
***We have a cleaning supply shed in your section of the yard, (by the entrance gate) that may be accessed by our cleaners and/or your hosts.
The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm.

We offer FREE Wifi! The modem is in the main home on the property and there is a Wi-Fi extender in this home (plugged into living room wall). There is not local television stations, only streaming options. We offer Netflix.
Check out Sedona Shuttle for trail access and getting around town. Limited uber & taxis in the area.
Firepit: Directions for the propane firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.
Steps: There are two steps on the property one is outdoors (patio blocks) and there is one step up to get into bathroom indoors.
**IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: In Sedona, Arizona, short-term rental owners must conduct sex offender background checks on the guest to makes the booking, before they check in. *Please verify your identity when requested through "Authenticate" so we may run this background check.

This was a fine property for our week vacation. We have been to Sedona several times, and this was one our best places. Great for a couple who loves to hike because you are in an excellent location to get to many hikes. Close to very nice restaurants. Driveway parking and good stuff in the kitchen like a microwave, coffee machine, and spring water dispenser. We will return to this lovely little place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful view of thunder mountain. Very clean and well maintained property inside and out. Perfect size for 2 people. Really enjoyed the decor aesthetic. It's a very nice, convenient, and safe area. We had everything we needed in the house. Me and my partner were able to walk close to thundermountain Trailhead in the morning. At night we watched the stars in the hot tub and it was wonderful. We had a great time exploring nature and downtown Sedona. It's a very unique city. Such a great trip to celebrate our two year anniversary. We would definitely come back again! And thanks to the hosts for the complimentary wine. Much appreciated

My sister and I stayed at the Raven Guest House during a quick mountain biking trip to Sedona. We chose it for its private outdoor space, and it was perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but it was convenient to everything we needed. We did venture to the other side of the roundabout on Theresa’s recommendation of the Javelina Cantina and ended up eating there twice - it was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great little guest house just a few minutes from downtown. Clean, comfortable and nice sitting area out back with view of the beautiful red rocks. Only downside was showers were luke warm, owner said they will look into it.

This was a lovely property for 2 people to stay in Sedona! Great location close to town and a short walk from the trailhead, absolutely no complaints. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the property was just perfect for us. Would definitely come back for our next stay in Sedona!
