Centrally located in West Sedona, Sedona Agave house is a great choice for your next getaway. You will be close to 89A with its many restaurants and shops, close to hiking and biking trails, and be taken away by views of Chimney Rock, Capital Butte and Coffee Pot Rock.

This single-level manufactured home was recently remodeled and features 1,440 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.

From the front door entryway offering a bench, coat rack and cubbies, you'll step into the great room with an open floor plan and windows adorning every wall. This spectacular space encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: This spacious room offers a charming bay window to bring in the surrounding red rock views and plenty of natural light. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and a Roku Smart TV with cable programming plus a DVD player. There are multiple seating areas including the telescope area where you can check out the star-filled skies. There is an entertainment and game area filled with fun games for all ages, and a desk area for those who need to catch up on some work.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make meal prep a breeze. It offers updated stainless-steel appliances, stone counters, and bar seating for four. No detail has been overlooked — for instance both drip and Keurig coffee makers are there for your convenience.

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for four guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — Plush king size bed, Smart TV; the private bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds (can be converted into a king bed upon request and a $30 fee), Roku TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The surrounding yard is an oasis with natural landscaping and plenty of mature trees. There are paver patios with outdoor furnishings - making it the perfect place for taking in the views. There is also outdoor dining and a propane gas BBQ where you can grill up some of your favorites.

Sedona visit

This property was excellent overall. Great amenties and location as described. Easy check-in and out. Able to walk to nearby trails or conveniently drive to all the sights. A couple negatives were an odd smell in the house like mildew and the locks weren't very secure on all the doors. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The Agave House meets all expectations and lives up to the high rating that it has. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location. Very clean. Fantastic kitchen. We appreciated the extras like the Red Rock Pass! This will be our first choice to stay the next time we visit Sedona.

Great place

The Agave House rental was very enjoyable and pleasant. It has an easy check-in, great parking,great location, quiet and walkable neighborhood, immaculate, roomy home and well-stocked withthoughtful traveler needs, lovely red rock views on the lovely patio. The kitchen is great to work in. Itcould use a salad spinner and an actual dish rag instead of just a sponge. The bathroom towels aresomewhat rough and the bed sheet on main bed doesn’t seem a good fit as it falls off the mattressafter a sleep. We definitely liked this accommodation overall.

Family of 4 Spring Break Trip

The house was lovely and we had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was a tad rundown but we never felt it once we were “home”, and the house and property itself were well maintained. Very private and quiet and the views were gorgeous. Conveniently located (driving distance) to everything. Perfect size for a family of 4 and I would absolutely recommend. The kitchen was the heart of the home and very nice.

Great location, close to town. Nicely done.

Overall the house is nice. Location was great as it was only a few miles into town. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable and Kuerig coffee maker did not work. Other than that the place was great

We have visited Sedona many times and stay in VRBOs. The location of this rental was good. It is a manufactured home and in a manufactured home community. The property itself was good. The kitchen space was great. The layout of this home made it feel spacious. The A/C(air) in the twin bedroom didn't cool well. I did not like that both glass doors on the rear of the home did not have shades or curtains. The yard does not have enclosed fencing so is accessible. We were a group of 4 women and it didn't make us feel very secure since the property lacked ring cameras or security cameras at the doors. The game room with all the games was a nice touch. The home is furnished very tastefully with many different seating areas. The home was clean upon arrival. The listing doesn't mention that the home has a no shoe policy, but all doors have signs that say "please remove shoes". Overall the stay was comfortable.

We especially loved the views from the little patio. We were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. We were a little disappointed that the fireplace could not be used, and the TV required quite an effort to connect with our own network since cable was not provided. We would stay there again next time we visit Sedona.

Clean, well stocked and pet friendly!

Well kept property with plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and extras to make the stay comfortable. Host provided pet bowls and waste bags, which was a nice touch and made our very tiny dog happy. Beds were comfortable for us and bedding was nice. Neighborhood is relatively quiet - neighbors are close on all sides and surrounding homes are a bit run down, which is something you can’t see in the property photos. Overall we felt safe and comfortable.
