Girls weekend

It is a very nice and peaceful Place to stay quieter outside of downtown Sedona. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Will definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The residence was well stocked, close to shops, close to trails, and provided an opportunity to relax and enjoy time away from home. When we make a return trip to Sedona, we would love to stay here again.

Great Condo in a quiet neighborhood.

The place was very clean and they had everything we needed and then some. The Oak Creek Canyon side of Sedona is so much more relaxed & quiet then uptown Sedona.

Family spring break - everything we needed!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We were welcomed by a huge basket of snacks and a nice tub of coffee! The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Plenty of towels for all the bathrooms and towels in the kitchen. We only used the TV in the family area, but all rooms had TV's. We really liked the family games and the puzzles. There was plenty of drawer space and closet space in the bedrooms for clothes, and room for our food in the kitchen too. The hooks by the front door and the bench to sit on to put on your boots was perfect. Having the washer and drier was great, and thank you for the detergent, as well as the soap for the dishwasher. The complex was lovely and quiet. My son and husband played golf, and we all played pickleball. Our complaint about the location was having to time our trips in to downtown Sedona due to the spring break (or maybe always?) traffic. One afternoon was 41 minutes to downtown. But we really liked being in quieter Oak Creek, and loved the proximity to Bell Rock, Courthouse, and Cathedral Rock via Baldwin Trail. We ended up eating at Colts twice because we liked it so much. We liked the views from the Hudson, but again, the spring break crowds were more than we predicted. We've stayed in a lot of home rentals, and this was one of the best. Thank you for anticipating everything to make our stay so comfortable. We loved the area and your home.

We killed over 20 cockroaches, including one on the kitchen counter, other than that it was a great place to stay. Location was nice. Games and puzzles need to be replaced. Most missing or broken. One of the puzzles was missing 8 pieces but still fun to do. It’s the 500 piece with the cows. Furniture was not as pictured on VRBO site. It had a different kitchen table and bedding. Did have washer and dryer with detergent which was nice. Air mattress had a hole in it and after contacting the owner he ordered one the next day. Sofa had a pull out bed and located downstairs and the 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The air mattress fit in the master bedroom. Showers had soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall mount. Hair dryers. Kitchen has no oil for cooking or condiments but a lot spices. 2 Tupperware containers. Had coffee to make coffee which was nice! And a very nice welcome basket with waters and snacks! Beach towels for the hot tub and pool. Hot tub and pool was located near front gate club house in the back. Neighbor has a big dog who he said isn’t friendly and asked my kids to not play outside so the dog didn’t get worked up. Seemed annoyed that this condo/townhouse gets rented out so often and he has to say the same thing week after week, which is understandable. So just be respectful with kiddos running and bouncing around.

Convenient and clean

This property was in the perfect location for a girls long weekend. We were away from the Sedona traffic but close enough to enjoy all Sedona has to offer.

GREAT Location, nice neighborhood!

Loved staying here! Condo was perfect! The views were fabulous! Short drive to hiking trails! Short walk into the Villages! Don't miss the bakery; also Clarks market was Great!

Nice and convenient

This property was as advertised, if not a little dated. It's well stocked with all the basics and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. If you're looking for a good "home base" while exploring the area, this condo works.

Lovely

Very nice property. Very convenient to Sedona without being in the middle of the crowds. The locals that live in the complex are very nice. We went on walks in the evening throughout the neighborhood and it was very nice, well kept and quiet.

Nice location

Great location near hiking, great shopping and on a lovely little golf course. Small kitchen, an update in decor would be nice. Good layout. Pool and hot tub were good. Wished pickelball was open more hours. Had a great time. Easy check in and check out.

We loved staying here! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip(games to play, tvs with streaming service, great wifi, beautiful outdoor areas, soaps in the showers, access to a pool, washer/dryer, etc.). I had a few questions so I texted the host who was quick to respond. Everything about this property was easy. Next time we travel to the area we will definitley be looking into staying here again!

Perfect for our family

This condo had a great layout for our family of four. The condo was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. It was also a very peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed local things in addition to the big hikes in the surrounding area. We were able to walk to get coffee in the morning and we played foot golf on the course in the condo complex.

The property sits on a beautiful golf course. Very peacefully and quiet. Around the golf course there are some spectacular views of the red rock mountains. The property is very clean. It seems the carpet just got shampooed when we arrived so unfortunately it was wet the whole three days we were there. Overall, it was a very nice, clean place. I would stay at this place again.

The unit was very nice, great location, comfortable, country club amenities a plus. The only thing that keeps me from giving all 5's was a lack of some things like kitchen linens, forks, pool towels, enough pillows, and when I let the contact person know, he said he would get with cleaning crew to address this, so hopefully in the future they will be present.

Nice enough

Hard to locate, especially at night. Not enough bedding for pull out bed; nothing stocked in kitchen with.g., basic condiments. Kitchen is very tiny! Hot water heater must be small, had to stagger showers. Overall nice but not one of our favorite places.

Needs serious updating and maintenance work

Entry gate code didn’t work.(had been updated but instructions had old code). Condo is DARK and outdated with ugly furniture. Clean but needs some serious maintenance. Toilet paper roll holders popped off. MBR sink didn’t drain. Washer didn’t work. Kitchen sink disposal stopped working the last day, so couldn’t use dishwasher or sink.

Absolutely Perfect!

I wanted accommodations that my adult children n their spouses could chill together after a long day of travel n sightseeing but be under the same roof so we could hang out, eat n enjoy each other. The condo was Perfect! It was immaculate, well stocked, clean n comfortable. Perfect choice! Very convenient location in Sedona for restaurants, adventures n grocery store. Beautiful views.
