Welcome to Sedona Soul Haven, a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat nestled in Sedona’s peaceful Chapel neighborhood. Surrounded by mature pines and framed by stunning views of Cathedral Rock, this 1,996 sq ft single-level home blends desert charm with modern comfort. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee on the patio, watching the sun set from the rooftop deck, or relaxing in the hot tub beneath a blanket of stars — every moment here feels distinctly Sedona.

Step inside to a bright, inviting living area where large windows fill the room with natural light and mountain views. The spacious living room features a comfortable sectional, mid-century style chairs, curated décor, and a whitewashed brick fireplace (not functional) that adds character.. A smart TV and a small library of books and reading materials make it equally suited for quiet evenings or cozy movie nights.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and entertaining — stainless steel appliances, a gas range, coffee maker, blender, baking essentials, and plenty of space for meal prep. The adjacent dining area sets an inviting scene for shared meals, with a handcrafted wooden table, seating for eight, and soft ambient lighting from woven pendant fixtures.

French doors lead out to the expansive backyard, where multiple gathering spaces await. You’ll find a hot tub with Cathedral Rock views, a fire pit lounge, and a dining patio shaded by umbrellas. String lights create a warm evening glow, while a rooftop deck provides a private perch for sunrise yoga, sunset drinks, or stargazing. The backyard also features a cornhole setup, hammock chairs, and plenty of open space framed by Sedona’s iconic red earth and evergreens.

This home is located of Highway 179 between Uptown & Chapel in central Sedona. This area is renowned for its breathtaking vistas, proximity to iconic landmarks, and a peaceful atmosphere that beckons travelers seeking a rejuvenating escape. The neighborhood is close to the awe-inspiring Chapel of the Holy Cross, a modern architectural marvel that seems to emerge from the very rocks that surround it. Nature enthusiasts will be in their element here, as the area provides easy access to some of Sedona`s most acclaimed hiking trails. From the house, you can quickly access Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, where panoramic views and mesmerizing landscapes await at every turn. In just a short drive, you can enjoy the restaurants and shops in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Uptown Sedona, and West Sedona.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
