On entry, you’re greeted by spectacular views of Snoopy Rock through the large open windows that truly bring the outdoors in. The open-plan living area is warm and welcoming with large leather couches for movie nights, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area for sharing meals with a view. There is plenty of well-appointed space to relax and unwind and the lower level family room is a great bonus space, kids’ playroom, or teen pad with comfy couches, a cozy woodburning fireplace, board games, and space to chill.
The layout of this home is great for space and privacy with two en-suite bedrooms, a king suite on the main level and a queen suite on the lower level, both with large bathrooms featuring tubs and showers. A comfortable night’s sleep after a day of Sedona adventures. The 3rd bedroom on the lower level has a queen and full bed.

Getting Around:
There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
