Lovely, private home with multiple outdoor areas (decks / gazebo / hot tub) available to enjoy. Our family loved playing horseshoes. Great location, close to everything. Would stay again.
We had a great stay and we look forward to returning!
A few suggested improvements:
1) the knives were extremely dull
2) the ceiling fan in the master bedroom clicked loudly on high speed
3) the remote for the LG TV in the living was missing - we ended up using the remote for the bedroom TV which worked
Other than that it's a great place! Thanks for offering it!

We enjoyed the location of the house and the views were terrific. We enjoyed our stay however there were several issues that arose. The management company, in particular, Ciara, did everything within her power to correct these problems. Ever with her help there were several issues that we lived with:
-the initial refrigerator did not work-we were provided with another fridge however that one did not have a working ice maker -we purchased ice throughout our stay
-the fireplace remotes did not work, even after repairmen came to the house
-the lifter on the hot tub was not attached so it necessitated two people to close the tub
-the wine cooler did not work
-the firepit did not flame well
-unfortunately we lost several hours of outdoor time awaiting a variety of repair people
As an aside this property is listed as a 4 bedroom home, in reality it is a 3 bedroom with a pullout in the office. In addition although comfortable the living room has seating for 5 people.
We did enjoy our stay but for these reasons we can not give a 5 star review!
This place was so close to perfect that the few little glitches that surely come with every vacation rental seem very small. We were a party of eight, six adults and two children. During the ten days we were there we all needed to be on the internet, the kids with school, and the adults with work and we had no problem with all of us using it at the same time. We were able to spread out around the house or on the lovely decks outside of the house to do our work so everyone had a nice quiet work space.
The decks around this house are incredible and each one offers lovely views of the area. Access to many hiking trails and convenience to town was a plus. Although the house is in a neighborhood, you really don't notice because of the vegetation that separates the houses. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and was such a beautiful and fun kitchen to cook in. Sitting out on the deck each evening was the perfect end to each of the perfect days we spent there. The beauty of the red rock that surrounds Sedona can't be beat.
I will mention the few small glitches..
1) Kitchen faucet is a touch faucet and one day it just stopped working. We did figure out, after some online research, that the six batteries needed to be replaced. So we replaced them and all was well. But it would have been nice to have that information in the binder provided that contains information about the house.
2) Hot tub temperature could not be changed --took a couple of days to get that fixed. Apparently it was a glitch in the software with that particular model of hot tub.
3) We couldn't get the two fans in the livingroom to work.
4) We couldn't get the wine cooler to work and even after calling about it and being told that we should just push the up and down buttons to change the temperature, it would revert back to the original temp. So instructions for the wine cooler would be nice.
But all of those glitches were minor and they did not take away anything from the amazing time we had there!

Overall, this is a beautiful home in an awesome setting.
Overall, this is a beautiful home in an awesome setting. We enjoyed every second there. There were a couple of little glitches that you need to be aware of.
1) Hot tub -- we were not able to change the temperature at all. So at first it was way too hot then it wasn't hot enough. The young man that services the hot tub couldn't fix it so he had to have his boss come out. That all took a couple of days only to find out that it's a 'glitch' that that particular hot tub brand and it's software. It was a little frustrating just because it took about half of our stay to get it fixed.
2) The kitchen faucet-- it is touch controlled. About half way through our stay all of the sudden there was not water coming out of that particular faucet. After my son researched the brand online we saw that it takes batteries to make it work. Apparently the batteries needed to be changed so I bought the batteries and we replaced them and it worked fine. BUT, this should be included in the information about the house that is available to the renter in the binder so that people can know what to do if it happens to them.
3) the wine cooler - we never could get it to work, in spite of, talking to you about it. Every time we would try to change the temperature it would just revert back to the previous temperature. Instructions on how to use it would be helpful because the information you gave us from the owner didn't work.
4) The fan switch for the two fans in the livingroom did not work.
5) We learned from the refuse pickup man that there was no need for us to drag the trash down to the curb. They will walk up the driveway and get the trash and then return the empty trash container back to the top of the driveway. That was not clear in the information left for us.
Anyway, those are just a few things that might make the next stay a little easier. But honestly this place was so close to perfect that those little glitches were really nothing. We would love to come back to that same house but it doesn't appear to be available until January and then again in late spring.

We stayed for over a month.
We stayed for over a month. The location of the property is excellent. We walked to the trails that lead to The Devil’s Kitchen from the house. The Whole Foods and Sedona’s public park with tennis courts, swimming pool, bike park and so much more are just couple of minutes drive. The property has gorgeous views and the kitchen is absolutely wonderful with everything you might need. We enjoyed jacuzzi and a steam shower. The house had everything we needed including the printer in the study. We appreciated the birdwatching guide and binoculars. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will return. The team made our stay very nice. Thank you!

My only complaint was that the middle bedroom had poor lighting and ventilation.
My only complaint was that the middle bedroom had poor lighting and ventilation. A ceiling fan with light would be a big improvement and make that room more live able. ******
Property Manager Feedback: Hi Kristen! The owners are so thankful for your feedback. And they have since installed a ceiling fan with a light. Thank you for helping us improve the quality of our homes and services! We appreciate you! They were responsive and friendly throughout the stay.
