Amazing Views - The Vista Villa @ The Matterhorn Inn

Vista Villa, situated on a hill two blocks behind the Matterhorn Inn, is a two-story, 3-bedroom home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two spacious living rooms and two large balconies that overlook uptown Sedona red rocks.The first level includes the main living room, kitchen, a bedroom with one king bed and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with one queen bed and access to a half bath.On the lower level you will find a third bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.Please note this property has stairs throughout, and although only a 3-minute walk to the Matterhorn Inn, walking or driving up and down a hill is required.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.
