★ NOTE ★
The pet fee covers up to two dogs for a total of $100. If you have more than two dogs, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss possible exceptions or any additional fees.

★ ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY ★
Your reservation must reflect the total number of guests staying at the property. Any guest beyond the confirmed reservation will be charged a $25 per-person additional guest fee. Please notify us in advance if your guest count changes so we can update the reservation accordingly.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful area atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked postboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
