This classic southwestern stucco home features voluminous, open-concept living—perfect for families and groups to gather. Enjoy meals by the oversized windows with stunning views of Thunder Mountain, or relax in our high-walled backyard. Centrally located and minutes from trails, restaurants, and the Sedona Community Pool, yet tucked away from the heavy traffic of Uptown and the Chapel areas. The home is entirely single-level (no interior steps) and includes a primary suite with a walk-in shower. To help you pack light, we provide a high chair, toddler-safe dinnerware, three Pack n’ Play cribs, books, toys, and games! HOUSE RULES (please read before booking):
This is our home which we enjoy sharing with travelers who are looking to discover the beauty of Sedona. We expect guests to be respectful of the house and neighbors was if they were your own :-)

* Check in is 4pm / Check out is 10am.
- No smoking (cigarette butts found on the property will incur fees).
* No pets
* No parties or events. Quiet hours between 10:00p.- 7:00a.
* The booking guest (making the reservation) must be 25 years old.
* Doors must be kept closed (even while checking in/out).
* We are a no shoes house, slippers and house shoes are ok indoors :-)
* Propane for the BBQ grill is supplied (2 tanks), however, guests must top-off what you use.. This can be done around the corner at ACE Hardware (2 min) for $4/gallon. We will reimburse you for this (save receipt).
* Food is not permitted in bedrooms or off of the deck outside.
* Shoes must be worn outdoors.
* Wood for the fire pit is not supplied but can be picked up at any grocer or the Circle K for $8 per bundle.
* Parking for 5 vehicles. (off-road vehicle parking is permitted by request).
*We have two NoiseAware decibel meters: 1 inside & 1 out. This is to protect us and our guests from unfounded noise complaints. It will alert us if decibels get into a consistent abnormal range. Normal range includes talking, laughing, playing music at normal levels and having a good time! :-) The device does not record conversations or sounds, it only monitors decibel levels.
* Under Arizona state law, all short term rentals must conduct sex offender background checks on the booking guest. This is handled by a secure third party site called Truvi with the info supplied on VRBO.
