Das feuchte Handtuch von gestern wurde mir genauso feucht, ordentlich zusammengelegt auf der Toilette präsentiert. Der Klopapierrollrenhalter ist lose, es gibt Schwarzschimmel hinter der Tür und keine Heizung im Bad, woraus dieser wohl bedingt ist. "- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "

"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. "Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"The Location is Beautiful! The houses themselves are okay! The upper levels need an upgrade, since they have old carpets etc. They were ok clean! The food in the restaurant was great! Staff is nice! "

"Sehr schöner Club mit einem großen Sportangebot, besonders in den Ferien. Unsere Kinder (16 und 14 Jahre) hatten ebenfalls viel Spaß. Alle Mahlzeiten waren sehr lecker. Jeden Abend gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit Shows, Livemusik und Quizabenden. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Nach dem Umbau ist der Club noch attraktiver geworden (25-m-Becken, Sauna, neue Zimmer). Wir durften sogar ein neues Zimmer beziehen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war...

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."
