Apartment '1 - Suite' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment 1 - Familiensuite, which is situated in Seefeld in Tirol, overlooks the Alps. The 176 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV with streaming services. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

HAUS GABRIEL SEEFELD is a historic residential building in the pedestrian and shopping zone in the centre of Seefeld, now owned by an Italian family. It offers direct access, parking spaces and garages.



The house was completely renovated and extended in 2015 by the architectural firm Nikolaus Waldhart (Seefeld) and Claudio Azimonti (Milan), while retaining its traditional Tyrolean appearance.



All technical systems (electrical, plumbing, heating) were renewed. The building envelope was fitted with a composite thermal insulation system, and the windows and doors are made of wood with Climate House certification.

Heating is provided by radiant panels with direct heat transfer to the parquet flooring. The clay plaster walls regulate humidity and ensure a pleasant indoor climate.



The eight individually designed suites combine Tyrolean tradition, Italian design and modern comfort – for a tailor-made holiday. All bathrooms, furniture and fittings are from high-quality Austrian and Italian manufacturers. HAUS GABRIEL SEEFELD welcomes you in the heart of beautiful Seefeld, surrounded by the Tyrolean mountain landscape.
