"Extra large bed, huge bathroom, fantastic breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. We were there during a hot spell so asked for a fan. They provided a fan heater which has a fan setting. Unfortunately it wasn’t very useful, but I appreciated their aim to help. I suggest the hotel should have some fans available for hot spells as our room was quite warm and it wasn’t convenient to open the window fully, firstly from a practical point of view - it got in the way as it opens inwards, secondly external noise was quite prominent especially the first night. Lastly we’d also get cigarette smoke drifting in."

"The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making the area look inviting. Location is excellent. Right in the heart of the town with good access to shops and ski slopes. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come again. It had everything that we needed."
