Gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und ist gemütlich. Es gibt eine große Regendusche und eine umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Waschkeller.

In der Wohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden und wir fühlten uns wohl, Hunde willkommen. Die Versäuberung in Seefeld eher mühsam und was wir nicht wussten war die Maulkorbpflicht.

Familie Feldt hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Ausstattung aus einem Guß, Lage wunderbar ruhig, Aussicht wie versprochen, alles nötige zur Versorgung ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Fewo ist ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch! Ein wundervoller Blick in alle Richtungen. Es war ein phantastischer Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Seefeld und Alpen im Blick

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die bis ins Detail keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage ist ruhig, 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Zentrum. Einzig die Liege auf dem Balkon bedarf der Erneuerung.

Lovely Apartment with great views

Alpenpanarama is a beautiful apartment and is spotlessly clean, it is equipped with everything you need. We loved Seefeld, the scenery is amazing, lots of lovely walks, cable cars and chairlifts. Also Wildsee is a lovely lake to walk around. We also visited Innsbruck which is only half an hour away by train and has many beautiful buildings.

Toller Ausblick

Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick aus allen Fenstern. Wunderbar ruhige Lage, trotzdem nur kurzer Fußweg in das Zentrum von Seefeld wie auch zum Bahnhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Top Ferienwohnung mit Panorama-Blick

Diese Wohnung war wirklich top. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ist man hier gern und schaut aus dem großen Panorama-Fenster regelmäßig in den Ort und die Berge. Es fehlte fast an nichts, wir haben uns hier fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung war blitzeblank geputzt, wir wurden sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt und in die Wohnung gefahren. Wir würden diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen und würden gern hier nochmal hinreisen. Allerdings ist von Mitte April bis Ende Mai in vielen Restaurants und Hotels Ruhezeit, alles geschlossen. Auch das Wellnessbad hatte wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Aber man kann gut in den Supermärkten einkaufen und wunderbar selbst kochen. Eine Fahrt nach Innsbruck per Bahn ist ebenso zu empfehlen wie Tagestrips ins Umland oder bis nach Deutschland (Mittenwald, Garmisch-Partenkirchen etc.).

Sehr schönes Zuhause auf Zeit!

Tatsächlich findet man die FeWo genauso vor, wie man sie von den Fotos im Internet her kennt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch, die Wohnung tiptop sauber, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, wer Wasserbetten gewohnt ist wie wir, hat damit so seine Probleme. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Auch der Dorfbus fährt in der Nähe ab. Die Seilbahn zur Roßhütte erreicht man ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit. Fazit: ein wirklich schönes Zuhause für die Urlaubszeit!

Ruhe pur

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man sich wünscht: eine absolut ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße, Komfort, eine liebevolle, farblich aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung, alles sehr gemütlich, gepflegt, sauber. Dazu ein riesengroßer Balkon (zu zwei Seiten) mit Sonne den ganzen Tag lang und einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Nachbarn drum herum waren nicht zu hören. Der Induktions-Herd war eine Freude zum Kochen, praktisch dazu die Spülmaschine. Die Fahrräder konnten wir ins Haus stellen, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe mit Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Der sehr freundliche, engagierte Vermieter hat uns gut auf alles vorbereitet, und neben dem Tipp, wie wir am besten hinfahren, auch noch viele Tipps zu Ausflügen etc. gegeben, die wir zum großen Teil auch realisiert haben - und es waren wirklich lohnende Ziele, so z.B. der Radweg zum Isarursprung (sollte nur besser nicht an einem Sonntag geschehen, da dann auch Autos einen Teil der Strecke fahren dürfen). Das Wohnzimmer hatten wir uns vom Online-Bild her riesig vorgestellt, und es war in Wirklichkeit doch etwas weniger riesig, aber immer noch sehr groß, allemal groß genug, um die Couch zu einem äußerst bequemen ca. 2 x 2m Doppelbett auszuziehen und noch viel Platz zu haben für alles andere. Insgesamt haben wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen, der in der Gegend Urlaub machen will!

Schöner Skiurlaub mit Enkeltochter

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und haben uns wie immer sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist einfach alles perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts.

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dabei sehr gepflegt und so gemütlich, das wir uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten haben. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, so das wir überwiegend gekocht haben (gute Pfannen, Messer, WMF- Töpfe usw.) Auch ansonsten ist an alles gedacht, u.a. - viel Platz in den Schränken- DVD- Player, Filme, Musik für schlechteres Wetter - zusätzliche Decken. Die Vermieter im Vorfeld und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort waren sehr aufmerksam, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Für Golfer ist Seefeld ein sehr guter Standort, da die Akademie Seefeld in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist und der spektakuläre Platz Seefeld-Wildmoos auch nur 15 Autominuten entfernt liegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ferienhaus

Es war eine erfolgreiche Erfahrung fuer uns! Alles war sauber und gepflegt und es hat uns sehr gefallen, dass wir morgens die Alpen vom Bett durch die groesse Fenster sehen koennen. Seefeld hat uns auch gefallen, wir haben viel gewandert aber auch die deutsche Schloesser Neuschwanstein und Herrenchiemsee besucht. Fazit: absolut sehenswert!

Gehobener Anspruch

Die Wohnung ist in gehobenem Stil eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, ausgesprochen gepflegt. Alle Angaben entsprachen den zuvor gemachten Angaben. Vermieterin und Verwalterin vor Ort waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Sommer sehr gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Wandern mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen, Schwimmen im Hallenbad oder See, gesonderte Angebote für Kinder, z. B. Abenteuerpädagogik. Seefeld wirkt vom Tourismus der Luxus-Hotels geprägt und ist (für Familien) nicht ganz billig. Wenig Jugendliche. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, besonderes für ein Paar oder Familien mit einem, maximal zwei Kindern. Die Schlafcouch für die dritte und vierte Person befindet sich in dem Raum, der auch als Wohn- und Eßzimmer dient.
