Nice cozy place 10 min distance from Providence. Spacious and clean rooms with nice services. We had 2 queens beds that easily accommodated 3 persons. The place is quiet. In the morning, they have coffee in the lobby and pastries. There was a BBQ place just around the corner, serving southern type BBQ and it was super convenient for a quick lunch.

If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in the Seekonk/Providence area, The Colonial Inn is a great value. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for under $100 a night it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive into Providence. I appreciated having the basics like a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of parking. If you want a budget-friendly hotel that feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for, I would definitely recommend staying here.
