"Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. "Beds were fine but pillows were not great. The room could have used an additional fan for the hot weather. We enjoyed the sauna and soaking tub access, and breakfast was good. The downside was the 3:45am wake up and ongoing noise in the early morning from the deliveries to the market across the street."
