"An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano. "

It’s easy to get to several nice hill towns in the area like Montepulciano and you can walk to Pienza which was lovely (up a hill though). My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!"

"This is a great and quiet location at the entrance to a castle. View outwards into wide and hilly nature, inwards towards the castle courtyard. The area invites to nature walks and etruscan history (including museum), but also to a visit to spiritful Siena (around 30 minutes by car). We will come for sure again! "

"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."
