Included breakfast, I had T-Bone steak and eggs. only negative was no closet or dresser, but a high up open coat rack that a 5' tall person would have trouble reaching. The bed was medium firm. Great shower. There are only 3 rooms at this hotel, we were the only ones there for 2 of our 3 nights. The rooms are right under the restaurant, but it was not noisy. There were 3 small steps down to the rooms with a small landing between. A wheelchair would create a challenge but would be doable. The John Wesley Powell museum is across the street. The freeway 2 miles, easy access to everything needed. I would go back. "
