"I was happy to stay in this hotel!"

"Close to the slopes ,great staff very helpful."

"Lovely hotel with brilliant spa facilities. Easy walk into town to buy souvenirs and supplies. Location is stunning. Had a lovely stay, thank you."

"The breakfast was very basic and expensive showers are outdated and difficult to use. Rooms are nice and clean. Nice view and facilities."

"The hotel itself is lovely, The spa, pool etc., was fantastic. The outdoor pool area was very nice as well. The rooms were very large and exceptional. The hotel is really well made. Downside is the staff at the bar outside (which I think is not technically owned by the hotel, but is their main eating area) were not helpful. Left us waiting 15 minutes to be served then told us the restaurant closed two minutes ago. There was nowhere else to get food at all. We were very hungry until 7pm when it...

"Great value and lovely service."

"Spent 2 nights here as part of a motorcycle tour, staff were outstanding, food was delicious highly recommend the hotel & restaurant "

"Absolutely beautiful property with amazing, helpful staff. It is very close to the city but not right in the center (a short 5-minute drive). We actually preferred this. It really was a little bittersweet to leave. We will stay there again."

"We stayed in the aparthotel. It's in a slightly different location to the hotel. It's actually nearer to the sports centre than the hotel. The sports centre gym and swim and spa are superb. The gym is extremely well equipped. There is the opportunity to play squash, tennis and padel. The half board meals are in the hotel. Be prepared for approx 5-8mins walk from the apartment to the hotel, it's not a big deal. But if its cold wear a coat! The food is well prepared and tasty and decent choice. ...

"Fantastic hotel with really nice and friendly staff"

"We had amazing stay in Serras. High level service everywhere. Our son enjoyed kidsclub and we enjoyed spa time. Everyone very nice and professionally helpful! Love it and coming back for sure"

"Great place to stay. Friendly and service-minded owners that did their absolute best to make our stay pleasant. A highlight is the authentic food in the restaurant. Perfect place if you like nature and want to explore the Andorra nature by hiking. "

"Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra."

"Great rooms and great staff everything was top notch"

"Location was central"

"Amazing location"

"Hotels location is great - with excelleng view to Mountains and Canillo. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and excellent breakfast with variety."

"An excellent summer getaway in the Pyrenees mountains — perfect for stargazing and relaxing near streams and natural water fountains. Just a 20-minute drive from Andorra town centre on the Spanish side. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delightful."
