In Seignosse, ideally located between the beach and shops, this beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residence. You'll enjoy a bright living room with a 140cm double sofa bed opening onto a furnished south-facing balcony and an open, equipped kitchen area. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom.

Sheets, bath towels, and tea towels are not provided.
In July/August/September, cleaning is included in the price.

In a quiet area close to the market and amenities, this large residence offers a vacation with a walking-distance lifestyle. The Penon market, which takes place three times a week during the summer, is just a stone's throw from the residence.
In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to lay down your towel. For convenience, there are showers, beach huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards on duty to keep an eye on you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much faster to get to the market. The bike path called La Vélodyssée runs through the entire neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers, and skaters.
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2,800 m² of pools.

Apartamento con parking desaparecido

Un apartamento al que le falta mantenimiento. Nos encontramos con un espejo roto sobre una silla, el cubo de la basura deteriorado y el tostador de pan que no funcionaba. Lo mejor del apartamento es que tenía plaza de parking privado delante del mismo pero al parecer esta plaza había desaparecido. Puesto todo en conocimiento de la concierge de la Agencia asociada no se gestionó nada, no se solucionó nada y tampoco nos dieron ninguna explicación. Muy mala experiencia, cada año es peor, yo no lo recomiendo.
