- 12 m² living room with sofa, TV, French windows opening onto a west-facing balcony with sea view, a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, low refrigerator, and microwave.
Upstairs, renovated in 2020:
- Hallway with wardrobe and storage space
- 12m² bedroom with a 140cm loft bed and two 80cm beds, west-facing window with sea view.
- 10m² bedroom with a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers, and a west-facing window with a sea view.

Très bon emplacement, vue sur mer, il nous a fallu 2 jours pour se faire aux 4 étages et 1/2 mais on s'y fait. San Sebastian à une heure, Hossagor à 1/4 d'heure, excellente semaine.
