In the heart of Seignosse Océan Le Penon, just steps from the beach and water park, this pleasant apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building without an elevator. You'll enjoy a living area with a dining space, a sofa bed (140cm), and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, all opening onto a lovely 10m² south-facing terrace. The sleeping area includes a separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with a toilet.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you.

Nous avons été déçu par plusieurs aspects Peu de vaisselle .. tiroirs des meubles de salle d'eau tachés .. store exterieur terrasse grippé ... tres mauvaise reception des chaines TV ... pièce borgne pour la chambre. Panne récurrente de manque d'électricité dans la montée d'escalier... pas pratique avec son portable pour accéder au 3ème étage L'ensemble de ses désagréments a du coup rendu notre séjour moins agréable qu'attendu Cordialement JM CLAUSE l'ensemble de ses
