"My family and I used the 3 condos in Raffles owned by Erin. We visit every summer and I must say this was the best experience I have had in OCMD. All 3 condos were squeaky clean, modernly renovated, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. Erin was amazing with communication from start to finish. "We had a fantastic stay at your property! The space was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was ideal—having the grocery store right at the entrance to the community, a short drive to the beach, and plenty of restaurant options made our trip very convenient. We also loved taking advantage of the amenities. The pool area was large with plenty of seating, and we really enjoyed using the kayaks included with the pass, as well as the bikes provided at the property.Thank you for being such a great host. You were wonderfully responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and were very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!"

"First time on the bay instead of Ocean City, and honestly it might have ruined Ocean City for us. We stayed Sunday through Thursday in late August. Quiet, no crowds, and the sunsets were genuinely worth the trip on their own.The house was immaculate. Two newly redone bathrooms, dog friendly, grassy area, and a small dock where you can pull up Maryland blue crabs. Ocean City is a few minutes away if you want it, but we mostly didn't.Owners live next door, super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We're already planning to come back. 10/10."

"The property was really nice spacious and clean. The area was a good location for exploring Ocean City as well. Something to note for future guest. I did not see any extra toilet paper paper towels or trash bags. We had a play musical bathrooms to try not to run completely out of toilet paper. During our weekend stay we did run out of paper towels and trash bags."

"My family and I love to stay at Bayside Resort. This was our third time visiting this property. The pools are second to none the tiki bar workers are always pleasant and the drinks “grapefruit crushes” are delish. Julie was easy to communicate with prior to our stay. I enjoyed the home but, it wasn’t as inclusive asI would have liked. We spent as much to rent this property with no bath towels, sheets, dish towels for its guests. It’s a lot to have to lug towels and bedding on vacation with an entire family and all of its needs.The bathroom on the left once up stairs the tub could been cleaner there was hair I the tub. The bed room aligned with the stairs had a mattress I could never let someone sleep on especially when they have to go in and make the beds only to see urine and whether else was on it just there exposed in plain view. I had to flip the mattress and sleep on the side that’s not meant for sleeping. I covered it with the mattress protector and put my sheets on it. We had to order pillows for this room as well as they weren’t too comfy, really flat. Overall we enjoyed the home it was perfect size for my family as far as number of beds snd bathrooms. The bikes were an added touch for my son and I took play around on."

"The townhouse was very clean and spacious. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony. We were in town for a concert at TheFreeman Arts Pavilion, which was a quick walk from the property. 38 degrees at the point was delicious and we loved having drinks on the bay. Communication with the host was excellent."

"Family vacation!This house was perfect for our annual family gathering. Kids, parents, grandparents all with their own space and plenty to do. The guest passes for onsite amenities were well worth it. The house is about 15-20 minutes from the beach which was nice for us to be outside the beach chaos but close enough to get there without much effort. Bayside itself has beautiful walkable grounds and great golf. We’d be happy to stay here again."
