Gem of a townhouse

We have stayed twice in the past few months. The home is super clean, and so well equipped. Comfortable bed. The hosts have truly thought of everything not only needed, but wanted by guests. We will be staying again soon.

Family trip

My family enjoyed a week stay at this lovely home. It was very clean and welcoming. We were able to enjoy some of the resort amenities and my kids loved the days we spent at the pool/splash pad. I loved the location. My parents enjoy the Bethany area and we were able to enjoy the different beaches without much of a commute! We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Awesome Home & Community

Jeff & Deb Thank you so much for allowing my family and I to stay at your beautiful vacation home. Jeff and Deb do a wonderful job providing things they say they will provide. This home was not short of anything. The community & amenities are well up to date. The location is very local to the beach & boardwalk. Thank you again Jeff & Deb.

Amazing Place

This place is awesome. We’ve stayed at other VRBOs in Bayside, but Jeff’s house has them beat by a mile. The layout is great. And having a first floor bedroom is a huge plus. The house was spotless and well stocked with all the incidentals like paper products and laundry detergent. The owners were very cordial and had even written us a welcome note. I wish I could give a rating higher than five stars because it deserves more. We will definitely be back to Seagrass Bend at Bayside!

Great House in Bayside

The house was updated, clean and well appointed with everything needed. Nice spot within Bayside. The kitchen was set up well for cooking. There were bikes and chairs for the beach available. Parking two cars was easy with the extra spot next to the driveway. The owners were quick to respond to questions and made the process getting in and out very easy. The community provides plenty of options for walking, biking, kayaking and the pool/gym access for non beach days.

That detail adds a lot of credibility. I’d weave it in near the beginning, since responsiveness and ease of communication are important to prospective renters. We had an exceptional three-day weekend at this beautiful townhouse near the beach. The home is tastefully decorated, impeccably maintained, and everything feels fresh, modern, and almost new. The owners have truly thought of every detail, and at times it felt more like staying in a luxury hotel than a vacation rental. One thing we especially appreciated was dealing directly with the owner rather than through a rental agency. He was responsive, helpful, and always available when we had questions, making the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals at home. We also enjoyed spending time in the comfortable living room, relaxing on the couches and watching the large-screen TV.Although the weather was a little too cool for us to fully enjoy the screened porch, the outdoor spaces are wonderful. There is both a screened-in area and a patio that would be perfect for dining and relaxing outdoors. We were fortunate to visit when the outdoor pool had just opened. The pool is large, with a separate area for families with children. The athletic center was another great amenity, featuring a well-equipped gym and an indoor pool. This townhouse would be ideal for either a couple or family

Best Vacation Ever

My family of three chilled for a long weekend away from our home city at this Bayside Resort paradise close to Fenwick Island. This five-star retreat and the Bayside community are top-rated with good reason. Once we walked through the door and walked the community, we wished we could stay for longer as total relaxation abounded. The owners are responsive, excellent communicators. The house serves as a model for anyone who appreciates quality and inviting furnishings. We took turns resting in the Stanley swivel recliner at the end of each day as our eyes danced across the plush Surya pigments area rug and into the gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed local carry-out in the gourmet kitchen: a fresh cake from Sweet Disposition, Italian subs for lunch from Ocean Side, and a fresh-catch seafood dinner from Rusty Jimmies; and easily picked up breakfast items (milk, OJ, eggs) from nearby Harris Teeter. The locals were fabulous. Our only wish was that Delmarva Boil and other revered eateries were open and not closed off-season! Based on a recommendation from Fenwick Tackle, we fished at nearby Northside Pier in time for the kickoff of the Winterfest of Lights. We enjoyed the community indoor heated pool and the hot tub, and walked the (very scenic) route from the house to The Point. This vacation was one of our most memorable ever. Once we arrived home, we were already planning our next getaway to the same location. Thank you for sharing your fantastic home that brings fantastic memories!

This is a lovely house in Bayside- a very beautiful neighborhood in Selbyville. The amenities are very nice. The fee was a bit pricey at 80 per person for a 3 day pass. If you feel you will use the services a lot then it would be worth it. The gym is very nice and pools are wonderful. They also have pickleball, tennis, basketball, and access to kayaks at the point- although I believe that is an extra fee. This house had bikes which was very nice to be able to ride the neighborhood. The house is about 25 minutes from Bethany's boardwalk. There is parking for 1 car in the driveway and 1 on the clam shells just outside of the house. The owner has thought of everything you might need as far as cooking, etc., and even leaves you trash bags, dish and hand soaps, laundry detergent, etc. Very thoughtful. The screened in porch is lovely in the morning while drinking coffee. My only complaints would be that the beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable but we got used to that after one night and that perhaps some luggage racks might be nice in the closets for our suitcases. Otherwise a great house and owner.
