This stylish, lake-front townhome in Mallard Lakes has 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious living area and a sun room with a stunning lake view, and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

This home has everything you need to have the quintessential Fenwick Island vacation. Very close to Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach and Ocean City, Maryland. You’ll want to make this your yearly beach vacation spot!

POOLS & RECREATION

Pools and recreation facilities are available for use by guests who purchase Amenity Key Fobs for use during stays.

Amenity Key Fobs are available from the Mallard Lakes Pool Office during posted office hours.

Short-term Amenity Key Fobs are available as follows (short-term Key Fobs admit up to six people ON ONE PASS and include parking passes):
Weekly: $125 + $25 deposit = $150
3–4 Days: $75 + $25 deposit = $100
1–2 Days: $45 + $25 deposit = $70

Enjoy the following recreational activities and equipment: tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, cornhole, horseshoes, and playgrounds. Whenever the pools are closed due to thunderstorms, these facilities are closed as well and should not be used.

This comfortably-appointed home features:
-Plenty of space for a max of 4 people
-Access to Mallard Lakes shared amenities, such as pools, tennis/pickleball courts, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, and horseshoes. (Guests must purchase a guest amenity fob to access these additional amenities.)
-Private outdoor shower right outside the front door
-A spacious living area with amazing lake views from the enclosed sunroom

-Sleeping arrangements:
-Upstairs: One large bedroom with a queen bed; oversized bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower combo and double sinks
-Downstairs: Full sleeper sofa; Half bath

-Dining room with seating for 4

Lovely place, convenient to the beach

My husband and I stayed three nights at Mallard Lakes and loved the location, cleanliness and space. Property management was great to work with. Check-in and communication throughout went very well. While the place could use updates overall, for the two of us staying mid-week, we appreciated that the great views, walkable development, and clean, bright space, as well as proximity to the beach and restaurants. Definitely worth the nightly rate. We'd stay at Mallard Lakes again!

Perfect for 2 people needing a relaxing vacation.clean well stocked and in nice condition. Only drawback is the bedroom mattress is not good!! Very hard.did not feel like a very good quality at all. Other than this no complaints. Definitely would go again.

Perfect place to vacation

Absolutely loved our stay at this vacation house in West Fenwick! The location on the canal was beautiful and peaceful—perfect for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee or evening sunsets by the water. The home was spotless upon arrival and had a very welcoming, homely feel that made us comfortable right away. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet still cozy enough to feel connected. It’s a great spot to unwind and recharge. We’ll definitely be coming back!
