With accommodations for up to 17 guests, this expansive three-level home features an elevator for easy access to all floors, 9 and 10-foot ceilings, and over 4,500 square feet of beautifully designed living space. The decor blends an eclectic coastal vibe with a fresh contemporary flair, creating a laid back, relaxed atmosphere. In addition, the home is fully turnkey with keyless access. It includes linens and bath towels (please bring beach towels), with all beds made ready for your arrival with comfortable pillows and mattresses for that just-like-home feeling. Guests need to supply all toiletries and paper products.

The second level sets the stage for effortless entertaining and coastal relaxation with a large open-concept living space. This floor was built for together time—spacious, sunlit, and beautifully appointed. An oversized great room with coffered ceilings, travertine floors and a gas fireplace flows seamlessly into a professional, well-stocked chef’s kitchen featuring high-end stainless steel appliances. Gather around the custom reclaimed wood farmhouse table or unwind on the outdoor deck offering a professional gas grill, sweeping golf course views and an abundance of wildlife.

Bedrooms & Layout
• First Level: Rec room with 65” Smart TV, 2 bedrooms (King + 3 Twins), full bath, walk-out patio.
• Second Level: Main living floor with Great Room, gourmet kitchen, farmhouse dining, and outdoor dining deck with pro grill. 2 King bedrooms both with shared balcony access, hall bath, powder room, and laundry.
• Third Level: Enormous master suite with sitting area, luxury bath, and private deck; 2 more bedrooms (King + 3 Twins) plus hall bath.
All king bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs as well as the rec room and great room. The first-floor rec room is a guest favorite, complete with a 65" smart TV, air hockey table, and direct access to outdoor space.
