Things to Know Before Booking: •This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. •Bedrooms are located on the second floor, so stairs are required. •One assigned parking space is located directly in front of the unit. •Additional free open parking is available around the corner from the unit and throughout the community. •Parking passes are available from the Mallard Lakes pool office for designated and non-numbered parking spaces. •Community Amenity Access Fee
Use of Mallard Lakes community amenities is available for an additional fee. The amenity fee allows for a maximum 6 registered guests at the pool at any given time while pool is open and up to 4 registered guests on the tennis/pickleball courts at any time.
Guests are responsible for paying for and picking up their amenity key fob and any parking passes at the pool office closest to the home, located about a 3-minute walk from the unit. When exiting the home, turn right toward the pool office.
If the office is closed at check-in, guests should check in with the pool supervisor at the pool.
May 15 – September 15 • 1–7 nights: $150
A $175 replacement fee applies if the amenity key fob is not returned to the pool office drop box on or before checkout. If the fob is later found, $125 will be refunded.
