"Pros: - The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and was worth the money. - Safety measures were commendable, with a security checkpoint every time you entered the hotel, although it seemed a bit tedious, it provided a reassuring sense of safety. - The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. - Room cleanliness was good, ensuring a comfortable stay. - Appreciated the convenience of complimentary shuttles to the beach and the short 5-minute walk to the beachfront. Issues we faced: The safe in the room stopped working at one point, but the staff promptly came to fix the issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future."

"First time in Bali and this hotel is excellent. Just a 15 minute drive from the hotel and a bunch of Expedia VIP vouchers including return airport, 2 x 60 minute massage, £25 worth of food vouchers and 15 items of laundry. Lovely swimming and sun bathing facilities, food is good, staff are first class and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great shopping and dining options around the hotel. "Traditional Balinese Resort. Fantastic pool. Beach front. Staff are amazing and courteous. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with enormous choice. Little bit pricey bar prices with 21% overall tax to be added otherwise great place to stay. Definitely a perfect relaxing place to stay."

"Indigo Hotel staff is excellent, all of them are very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room to a very nice villa 😍 Hotel design is very stylish with privacy and condition is very good. Location is excellent which is at the centre of the beach front of Semiyak. Will definitely recommend to my friends who come to Bali. We will definitely come back to Indigo if we come back to Bali. "
