Journées de rando autour du Donon

Point de base de 2 journées de randonnées. Avons apprécié la grande chambre bien équipée, la piscine et le sauna, les repas au Vellada. Accueil très sympathique et souriant. Une belle expérience. merci.

Calme et idéal pour découvrir le Donon

Hôtel très propre (on peut cependant déplorer la présence de moquette au sol) et personnel accueillant (la reception est tout de même difficile à trouver. On hésite avec le restaurant) et à l'écoute. La chambre située à l'extrémité du bâtiment peut souffrir du bruit de la pompe de la piscine. La vue sur les montagnes est très agréable, l'endroit est idéal pour randonner autour du Donon et la piscine est un vrai +!

déçu dans l ensemble par la prestation

L accueil en arrivant a été mauvais. L hôtel se trouve à 200 mètres(Hôtel désert) de l'hôtel principal ou nous pouvions prendre tous nos repas. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits ,la chambre n'a jamais été refaite .Une femme de chambre est passée au bout de la première nuit vers 8h du matin, comme nous étions encore dans la chambre et bien plus personne n'est repassé. Forte odeur d'égout . Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ,nous l'avons signalé mais rien a été fait? VMC obstrué par la saleté ,elle nous faisait mal aux oreilles. Repas: très déçu ,nous avons pris les bouchés à la Reine à 28€ ,très fade ,aucunes présentations ,les spatzles très gras. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont en location et pas à disposition comme dans chaque hôtel. Point positif ,la literie.

Hôtel avec 2 bâtiments (200m les séparent). Le principal est très bien, c'est là où tout se passe (restauration, spa,...). Le 2ème est moins attractif...on se sent un peu seul.

On nous a annoncé 2 resto sur site pour manger sur place mais le resto sur place était fermé il a fallut aller dans l'autre resto à 200m à pieds. Le petit déjeuner il faut sortir également. Cela n'est pas annoncé sur le site c'est ça qui surprend. Et personne à l'accueil sur notre site, on était un peu perdus. La literie est vieillissante trop molle pour les matelas. Des lampes qu'on n'a pas réussit à allumer au dessus de la tete du lit, une chaise cassée. C'est dommageable au niveau qualité prix. Nous n'avons pas utilisés les autres installations donc pas de commentaires à faire. L'équipe du Velleda resto et petit déjeuner est très sympathique. Cadre du restaurant très agréable. Manque des fleurs aux extérieurs et visuel à revoir

Séjour convenable mais très déçu des prestations bien être avec un sauna et hammam hors services, la douche limite propre heureusement que le repas et petit déjeuner étaient excellents. Après très belle encadrement avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Das Hotel liegt gut auf unserer Wanderstrecke und putze ich dafür für die Buchung an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und das Abendessen war sehr gut.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte allerdings garnicht. Das Hotel gleicht eigentlich eher einem Landschulheim und so verschimmeltes Silikon im Baezimmer und so vorsinnflutliche sanitäre Einrichtung hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. Schade. Hattemir für den Preis etwas hübscheres wrwartet.

L'hôtel, la piscine, mini golf et le court de tennis est plutôt dans un état vieillot. Le repas et le petit déjeuner sont excellent mais à prendre l'hôtel à côté (200m) qui appartient au même propriétaire. Possibilité de se baigner (piscine et jacuzzi) dans cette hôtel la qui lui est 4*. Endroit avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes

Lors de notre arrivé, personne à l'accueil. Pour la propreté, rien à dire. Pour le service au restaurant qui n'est pas sur place mais à 200 m, on a pu boire l'apéro qu'au bout de 2 heures d'attente dans une salle où la chaleur était étouffante.

Ongezellige dependance van het hotel, geen service

Ik betaalde teveel voor wat ik kreeg. Ik verbleef in een ongezellige dependance van het hotel en betaalde daar 100 Euro voor. Betaalde 6 euro voor een biertje !
