Our two holiday homes are located on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin, right next to Lake Sellin. The spacious apartments are modern and furnished with an eye for detail. Who wouldn’t want to end a warm summer day with a cosy barbecue? All apartments feature a sun terrace or a balcony. And if that’s not enough, there’s a barbecue area with a pavilion on the spacious property (covering approximately 2,500 m²) that’s available for free use. For our younger guests, there’s a small playground where they can play and run around. Swinging, climbing, sliding—our little guests will feel right at home here. You can explore numerous nature reserves, endless sandy beaches, steep coastlines, chalk cliffs, picturesque fishing villages, green forests, and meadows on foot, by car, or by bike. The “Rasender Roland” train stop is conveniently located less than a 15-minute walk away. Welcome to this beautiful, lovingly and exclusively renovated holiday rental in a prime location with a south-facing balcony in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, offering views of and access to Lake Sellin. A stunning view of the water, nature, and fantastic sunrises and sunsets, as well as short distances to the beach (1.2 km) and first-class amenities such as restaurants, shopping, and more, are all part of the experience for the best days of the year. Following extensive modernization and refurnishing in the spring of 2021, the holiday apartment shines in new splendour and impresses with its contemporary design. Nestled in the heart of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, with its magnificent, unspoiled nature, a modern 2-room holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony awaits you in an idyllic location right on the lake. The approximately 44 m² non-smoking holiday apartment, located on the ground floor and accommodating up to 4 people, features functional designer furniture, a fully equipped kitchenette, a cosy bedroom, a very bright bathroom with natural light, and free Wi-Fi. The light-filled living area is furnished with a comfortable corner couch/sleeper (140 x 190 cm, including storage under the seat). A smart TV (compatible with Netflix, etc.), a dining table with 4 chairs (a high chair is available free of charge as an option), a designer reading lamp, a coffee table, dimmable LED light rails, a sideboard, a coat rack, an internet radio with DAB, and a magnificent view of the lake during every meal round out the living space. The kitchenette in the living room has everything you need for meal preparation. Dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, electric kettle, microwave, filter coffee maker, Bosch Tassimo capsule coffee machine, egg cooker, refrigerator, toaster. In addition, there is an ample supply of cooking utensils such as pans, pots, dishes, and silverware. This also includes cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, etc. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two nightstands with drawers and bedside lamps. A large mirror, a bedroom closet, and insect screens complete the furnishings. Additional coat hooks are available on the door for hanging clothes. A clothes drying rack is also provided in the apartment. The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a new shower stall features a large sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, an insect screen, and ample storage space and hooks for towels, etc. On the south-facing balcony, which is approximately 9 m² in size, you can enjoy the sun all day long at a bistro table with four chairs and a lounge chair. A parasol is also provided. All rooms are equipped with electric heaters that can be controlled individually. Shutters and elegant blackout curtains are provided in all rooms for privacy. Pets are welcome for a fee. A parking space (No. 5) is located directly on the property. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the lockable bike room, subject to availability.
