This well-maintained holiday complex, built in the classic seaside resort style, is located 800 meters from the south beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Sellin's landmark and main attraction is undoubtedly the 400-meter-long pier with its restaurant. Originally built in 1906, it was destroyed twice over the years and finally demolished in 1978. Rebuilt in the 1990s according to the original design, it has stood proudly above the sea again since 1998. The bright white houses of the holiday park lend your vacation a special touch. A transfer from the train station in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz to Seepark Sellin can be arranged for a fee and upon prior booking. In Sellin's Seedorf district lies the newly expanded marina. The old seafaring village of Seedorf is a true delight not only for sailors but also for those who prefer to stay on dry land. Highlights: All guests receive a year-round 25% discount on admission to the AHOI Rügen Water Park and Adventure World with their spa card. All energy costs are included. Wi-Fi is included. Extensive baby equipment is included. Cable TV with Sky Discovery reception and Cinema TV are included in all apartments. Free use of the fitness area, which will reopen in spring 2026. Activities nearby: AHOI! Water Park and Adventure World with a 100-meter-long water slide, lazy river, sunbathing area, outdoor pool, children's pool with a pirate ship, whirlpools, and a diverse sauna area with six different themed saunas.
