This modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 35 square meters of space for max. 2 adults and has internet - wifi. Over the separate entrance to the hall you enter the hall with cloakroom and wardrobe. The cozy living room has an upholstered seating area with table and chairs and a cabinet with a modern flat-screen TV - device. Here is also a dining table with chairs. The small kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (full mattress) with bedside tables and reading lamps. For a one-time surcharge of 14.90 euros per guest bed linen (self-service) and towels are provided on your arrival.   The bathroom with window has a shower, toilet and vanity. Everything is bright and friendly, so that you feel from the beginning. Beside the house is a gazebo with garden furniture and a barbecue can be shared in a large garden.  

Welcome to the Sellin! We offer - near the center of Sellin, in the cottage on Sonnensteg four modern-Non smoking apartments (max 4 people, bedroom, living room, kitchenette, shower / WC, Internet -. WLAN) in a quiet location. The four apartments are lovingly furnished and promise a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. They have modern kitchens with hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator. In the living area is in each case a flat screen TV. The house is only about 500 meters from the sandy beach on the Baltic Sea and is in the midst of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South East Rügen with plenty of unspoilt nature. From here you have ideal opportunities for hiking in the adjacent Granitz with the beautiful beech woods and cycling. Beside the house is a gazebo with garden furniture and a barbecue can be shared in a large garden. More details can be found in the description of the individual apartments. Nearby are also idyllic nature reserves, playgrounds, detailed and extensively renovated in a seaside style and the beautiful Lake Sellin. There you have the opportunity to rent a boat to explore the lake, or walk around it by bicycle. A sexy bad weather alternative is the adventure ahoy with swimming pool, slide and sauna facilities at the nearby Seepark Sellin. In addition to the small historic train makes the "Racing Roland" station in Sellin and offers excursions in the area, eg. As to Putbus, Binz, Göhren or castle Granitz. The Sellin Ost station is within easy walking distance. For a one-time surcharge of 14.90 euros per guest bed linen (self-service) and towels are provided on your arrival. Parklätze are plentiful on the property. For you have brought bicycles is a garaging available. Until the bus public transport stop is only about 300 meters.
